Beatrice was such an amazing outgoing person. Customer service was A1 and she had the manager attitude. I will definitely be coming back here.

This store has the most awful refund policy I’ve ever seen. I was promised by one of their employees that I could get a full refund if I bought the wrong shoe size for my friend so I bought it. Then, later I found out that the shoe size is wrong so I went back for a full refund. The manager there tells me they don’t do money back refund whatsoever. So I basically was lied by the employee and now I’m stuck with $200 their store credit, cringe shenanigans.

Return policy sucks you will not get your money back only store credit.

Store needs a better return policy. For one they offer no way of searching for a receipt in due case that you lose it. Secondly they didn’t have the product that I wanted nor do they offer to order the item online. You are stuck with a store credit for an item that is not in stock. I can say that I will never purchase here again.

Man I am a kid and I was so happy to by my first Jordan's. I bought the Jordan three's cardinal reds I was so happy. Then I came home to check if they were real and they were completely fake I went back to the store and they said I could not get my money back so I don't know what to due.

Never buy from this store again, worst customer service ever and worst return policy.

if i could give zero stars i would. first of all, i was talking to a worker about wanting to exchange a sweater i was given as a christmas gift for a size that fit me which i was then told that bc there was no sku code sticker on the sweater, an exchange wouldn't be possible. i talked to corporate and was told to tell the store workers to find another sweater of the same kind and use that sku code to look up the price. the worker i was on the phone with then went and found the exact sweater then proceeded to say " turns out there's no sku codes on the sweaters in store either" ??????? if that's the case i have no idea how people are checking out these sweaters if the ones in store also dont have sku codes. it doesn't make sense. save yourself the trouble and headache and shop somewhere else where they have a return policy and oh u know the sku codes to purchase and exchange stuff LMAOOO

If i could rate this store with ZERO stars, I would!! I feel this store is deceitful! There receipts are extremely small along with their font size, probably with the hopes that you'll lose it. Furthermore, their NO Return policy is not easily visible. They have it on the bottom left side of the front counter. I've learned my lesson.....to NEVER shop at this store again!! They might of gained $170 but lost a lifetime customer!!

You're better off shopping elsewhere. They don't do refunds so if they don't have your size for an exchange, you're pretty much screwed. They also need to be transparent about it, unless they're trying to trick people into getting screwed over.

i used to work here and I can tell you this, all their shoe are fake and you guys are being scam without being knowing, I deserve way better then that job, i was better then all the employees till they got jealous about it, I was 100% with customer this place is a joke and I prefer you guys buying from goat only not here or kore all fake shoes and I seen it with my own eyes

They sell fake shoe for overpriced most their stuff comes with stock x n eBay n the employee tries to be sneaky to remove it so you don’t know this place is a scam and do research before you buy something from here because you’re getting scammed for fake shoe & it’s overpriced you can get it cheaper somewhere else and get legit products
