My Hearing Centers

I recently discovered "My Hearing Centers," and I visited Barbara and Mandy at the Tacoma location, and I am so glad I did. I knew I had hearing problems, but I had no idea it was so bad. Barbara did the most comprehensive hearing test I have ever experienced, and could show me a graph of my exact hearing performance.

Barbara and Mandy are such a great team. They provide such a professional, warm, caring experience, and both are experts in genuine customer care. I ask a lot of questions, and Barbara never rushes me and always answers my questions thoroughly. She certainly has proven herself to be caring, and an expert in hearing-aids. I've even emailed her on several occasions and she always responds quickly and just makes me feel like she truly wants to help.

I highly recommend Barbara and Mandy at Tacoma Hearing Centers. I wish they were my medical doctors. What a difference healthcare would be.

Appreciated being taken in on time and with friendly welcome. My hearing aids were cleaned and got a little fine tuning. I was then on my way.

The very friendly staff went all out to get my hearing quickly. Great full service company. They personally helped me understand how my hearing aids should work and how to use them.

My Hearing center is always very attentive and accommodating. I called Mandy and was having trouble with my mom’s hearing aid and she said bring it in anytime that same day and she was able to get it to working again after couple of minutes while answering another phone call.

Not only are Barbara and Mandy, professional, and patient, their services excellent, but they treat you with kindness. It took me a while to find them, but I will never go anywhere else for help with hearing.

They are very caring and nice. They are thorough anb prompt it was a very short wait for my new hearing aides and I will continue to count on My Hearing Center for my hearing needs. I like the staff alot!!💞💞💞

After much foot-dragging I finally got in touch with Barbara at My Hearing Centers for a pleasant and encouraging talk. When I visited her office in Tacoma, I was most happy to find how thoroughly my hearing was tested. I received my hearing aids yesterday and they fit well with good fidelity.Speech and music both are easier to hear and understand.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. They worked with my budget, and I was able to get an awesome set of hearing aids that work incredibly well, even in some of the noisy environments that my work requires me to frequent. They are eager to please even when I need help with unscheduled repairs come up and my hearing aid is in need of their assistance.

Very comfortable office and the staff is amazing I can't remember her name but the lady that helped me with my hearing aids was very nice and tried to help me understand everything

The result is an agency run by thoughtful, skilled, professionals who take pride in offering their clients superior products and service. And in the PNW that means offering everyone really good coffee!..And they always do.....You can't beat that combination, anywhere!

They are terrific, professional. The hearing aids I received fit perfectly and I live the fact that there Bluetooth. The staff was great I got my hearing aids fast within the week. I couldn't be happier. Give them a call & schedule an appointment you won't be sorry.

The doctor and front desk helper were very professional in their greetings and friendly. The doctor give specific details of my hearing conditions and gave me options to purchase a specific hearing ads that will suite me the best to my interest. They help me and give me a Black Friday discount that was affordable to my budget. The doctor answered all my questions with heartfelt concern to have a better hearing lifestyle. Definitely now I will be able to engaged in very important conversations and details within my surroundings and environment! Thank you!!!
