I was so pleased with my visit to Melody's office. Her staff was warm and welcoming. My big golden doodle was even welcomed into the office and provided with several toys to destroy. Melody is very knowledgeable about her craft and genuinely cares about you and your insurance needs. She didn't save me any money on my monthly premium, but she did fill in some big gaps in my coverage that the "other guys" failed to cover. So in the long she might save me thousands of dollars and prevented days of headaches. With Melody you truly are in Good Hands!

Melody is in a category all her own. She is OUTSTANDING at what she does, and the most honest insurance rep I have ever had. Her team is so responsive. They are everything I am looking for in an insurance company. Melody's honesty and integrity sets her apart in this industry!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Melody and her staff. You never really know how good your insurance is until you have to use it and in the past 3 months I've used it for repairing body damage to my trunk, a cracked windshield from rocks near the I-5 construction, and their roadside assistance when my car broke down on a road trip. When I picked my insurance for my cars, house, and disability they used realistic scenarios to help explain what the coverage would insure, and what it wouldn't, if something were to happen. They aren't just selling insurance and trying to make another sale, they are trying to make sure you're buying the right insurance for what your specific situation is. I could tell that when I bought my insurance they had the integrity to be honest with me about my needs and not over sell me insurance I didn't need. They were not the cheapest option by a small margin. However, I can honestly say that they are worth every penny and more because I was covered when I needed to be based on their advice when I initially bought my insurance They also worked diligently to get every discount available to me possible. These guys are a rare gem in an industry clouded in mystery and they are the only people I recommend to my friends and family because I know they take responsibility for ensuring their customers make educated and informed decisions. Save yourself the nightmare of realizing your under-covered when it's too late, or your policy didn't cover what you assumed it did, and just call Melody's agency.
