I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Kristi was the first person I spoke with when making an appt and she was so friendly and personable. She actually made me want to go to the dentist... Kerri (not sure on spelling) was such a wonderful person to take my rays and get me settled. I was quite nervous to be there and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Smith was funny and knowledgeable. I needed a referral for some other dental work and Kerri and Kristi called the other office while i was still there and got me in an hour later! When has that ever happened!? Anita was also very friendly at the front desk. I am now switching my husband and daughter here. Thank you all:)

I've been going to the same dentist since I was 4 years old and stuck with them mostly out of familiarity and laziness. After my dentist retired and a new dentist bought her business, I decided the long drive wasn't worth it anymore for the overall experience and started to look elsewhere.

I tried a new clinic in Tacoma at the end of 2019 and was sorely (literally and figuratively) disappointed. After putting it off for 8 months I finally decided to try a new location - Dentistry NW. Best decision ever!!

The entire experience was completely top notch and it pretty much redefined for me what going to the dentist should be like. My dental hygienist Joni was amazing and gave me tips and insight on preventative care like I've never had before. She was super gentle with my sensitive teeth and made sure I knew that she was taking notes in their system so no matter who I get next time I'll receive the same level of care.

Dr. Smith and the rest of the team were all really warm and friendly as well, and although most of our interactions were brief I felt really welcome and taken care of. They even gave me a little new patient gift bag alongside the standard toothbrush/floss/toothpaste bag.

Thank you for the great experience Dentistry NW!! I can't say I've ever really looked forward to going to the dentist, but I've definitely never felt less dreadful about my next visit 😄

As a traveler, it is extremely difficult to find a good dentistry to trust with my care, but after just my first visit at Dentistry NW I knew I would be in good hands. Not only do they provide high quality dental care, but the staff and medical team always greet you with a smile and are more than proficient to get you seen in a timely manner. If you want an office that treats you with individualized, quality care, Dentistry NW is your place!

Dental appointments for some can be extremely stressful. Dr Smith and his crew are wonderful. Very friendly and very competent. Usually at dental appointments I find my self very tense when sitting in the chair and I curl my toes and fingers but not at here. Every aspect of the visit are 5 star and very pleasant. And I left there not dreading the next appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this practice. 🤗

The employees are all very nice and friendly! They did cleansing on my teeth and it was a comfortable experience. After the appointment, My teeth feels very nakey in good way.

Dr. Smith is caring, thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I've had cleanings done by 3 different technicians and they were all excellent. Recently we changed insurance plans and the administrative person was EXTREMELY helpful with the new plans and also set us up with paperwork for future visits. We first started visiting during the first COVID restrictions and the office, staff and medical personal were very thorough in adhering to wearing protective gear and following safety protocols during dental care. They continue to go over and above following safety protocols. Highly recommended.

Dr. Karl and his team at Dentistry NW always provide wonderful service. In and out for my cleaning in less than an hour. From the cheery welcome upon entering to my amazing hygienist Ellie, it was a 5 star plus experience. Thanks all.

I was not a fan of going to the dentist until I met the amazing team at Dentistry NW. My dental procedures and care were explained to me in detail. I felt like Dr. Smith cared about me and the well being of my teeth. His confidence while providing dental care, made me feel comfortable and safe.

The young lady (Elli) that worked on me was great. Very personable - and a very gentle touch which is hard to do with sharp instruments. I hope to have her as my hygienist for years to come. Also, the young lady that polished my teeth before Elli started was also very nice. She has a very bubbly and pleasant personality. Apparently, Dentistry NW hires only the best people. Thanks much.

Dentistry Northwest is hands-down the best dental care I have had in my entire life. Not only are they professional, they are friendly and I feel like family there. Everybody is just fabulous and they take the best care of my family.
One of the things that I appreciate the most is the sense of collaboration in my dental care. My hygienist always has information for me and often times something actually printed for me to take. Dr. Smith is just a character and I enjoy visiting with him if nothing else!
I am older and have had questionable things done to my teeth over the years. Dr. Smith and his staff have brought much of this up-to-date and keep my mouth, teeth and gums as healthy as possible. They are simply the best

Love this place and the team! Everyone is super friendly and will work with you to address your dental needs. I have a severe gag reflex and the dental team has worked with me over the years to minimize its impact while doing dental work. They have always been patient with me and have never made me feel bad for the gag reflex. Highly recommend!

This is a fabulous dental practice. Dr. Smith goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, expert care. At 65 yrs old he is the best dentist I have had. Thank you!!

I was not happy with previous dental services, but worried changing dentist may not help. Boy oh boy was I mistaken! After switching to Dr. Smith, I felt my many dental concerns we’re finally being heard and taken care of. Teeth that were making me sick no longer a problem. The office and dental assistants are seriously professional. The team work is evident and is all about me, the customer! I am truly thankful that I had hope enough to seek a change of dentist, because i am healthier now and very happy with my dentistry services.

Love my dentist! I have never felt so welcome and relaxed sitting in at dental chair as I do here. They always explain what they are going to do with your before they begin. They are all very gentle and always make you feel comfortable. I even enjoy going in for my routine appointments. So far, so good. Have had three cleanings and a filling. This group is practicing not only good dentistry but, respect and concern for the whole well being of the patient.
I found them when a Christmas guest needed emergency dental work. There were few dentists taking holiday business. They took him and so began a beautiful client/provider relationship that I now enjoy and value.

I have enjoyed my experience with this dental office for 30 years. As the practice has changed hands, the staff, dentists, and office has remained at an exemplary standard.
