Eurowings Discover

We flew Eurowings Discover from Crete to Frankfurt for a connecting United Airlines flight to the USA. Everything about this flight was excellent. It was right on time. The staff could not have been nicer. Even though food item were offered for a price, we were given a free snack because the steward noticed we were just beginning a very long trip. He was very pleasant and wished us a smooth journey. The plane was clean and comfortable. I would fly Eurowings again without hesitation.

Sitzabstand in Ordnung könnte großer sein. Essen war für Flug sehr gut,Service sehr freundlich.

No STAR ALLIANCE business class lounge in SLC!

Food on the return was excellent, and the
crew was very friendly and considered

4hr flight and not even one bottle of water they could give. Everything had to be paid.

What an absolute mess. Our tickets clearly stated that we could check a bag in at no cost. However the agent made it super difficult , stated we had one free then redacted their statement and asked us to pay for each bag claiming that the policy was they charged for a bag.incredible difficult and couldn’t even give us a receipt.

Terrible customer service in SLC. They closed checkin early and lied that they didnt (we areived well over an hour before the flight) and we couldnt get anyone on phone or gate agents to show up for over an hour. We arrived within checkin time and they decided to leave early. We heard the flight was overbooked so convenient for them. Very rude agents who had no idea how to run their operations. Have never experienced anything like this.

This company should NOT EXIST!
Where is FAA when you need them. Please someone close this shop and stop causing enormous amount of stress to travelers. Never on time , there is zero info, no people to contact, no one at the counter. It’s like they don’t exist but somehow allowed to operate. TRAVELOCITY IS THE STUPID COMPANY THAT SELLS THESE TICKET.
STAY AWAY FROM BOTH. ENOUGH!

Flug von Frankfurt nach Calgary Business Class: alte Sitze von der Lufthansa, abgeschabt und durchgesessen, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, d.h. 11 Stunden Flug ohne Entertainprogramm. Auf Nachfrage kam nur, dass viele Bildschirme in der Business Class defekt sind… unglaublich für den Preis. Nie wieder Eurowings Discover!

Très mauvaise expérience avec eurowings discover.
Nous avons eu du retard au départ de Mombasa et évidemment nous avons raté notre correspondance à Francfort.
L'aéroport est immense, il n'y a RIEN pour nous guider et nous avons passé des heures à nous faire trimballer d'une agence à l'autre entre Lufthansa et eurowings qui se renvoyaient la faute... Si vous pouvez éviter de prendre cette compagnie faites le. Nous avons eu des frais de taxi, d'hôtel etc, rien n'a été pris en charge car le retard au départ était de moins de 3h... Bref je ne recommande pas.
