I love shopping here, I had very good experience with the workers at Dufry store. They are super kind and helpful. Good job guys!!

The best perfume/colognes for a great price!

Fancy looking store with a different assortment of items to be duty free. Alcohols, foods, and makeup.

Unfortunately the reviews are correct, the overweight lady working here was condescending. She scoffed at me rudely that tobacco and alcohol is for international travel only. That’s fine but why say it wish such attitude?

There is no perfume sampling and no new products. Hardly any promos

The employees are relatively nice when I shopped there…HOWEVER you would expect to buy stuff for a cheaper price since it’s duty free but not really…I bought some skincare product and later realize it’s even more expensive than buying it on the brand’s website.

DONT TRY AND BUY ALCOHOL HERE CAUSE THE VERY LARGE WOMEN AT THE REGISTER WILL YELL AT YOU FOR NO REASON AND TELL YOU THAT ALCOHOL PURCHASE IS FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS ONLY. HONESTLY I THINK SHE JUST RUDE CAUSE SHE 500LBS AND HATES HER LIFE LMAO

Watch the tags! Tags say sale and they ring it up 40 dollars more than what the tag says. Then they say theres nothing they can do after charging you. When they got caught, no apology even. I even asked for an apology and I got the deer in a headlights look.....returned it immediately. They hope you don't catch it and let you fly out of the airport so you can't return it.

Worst staff ever. The lady working there is such a tool for sure , slammed the shutter on me while i was in the store , when asked you closing ? She didn't even utter a word but said the exit is from the other side . She definitely needs to be gone, all the shelves were messy , no samples, no greetings , come on you're not doing anyone a freaking favor by being a worker there, you don't own the store so just behave when someone walks in and wants to shop without being only nice to selective people you want to be nice to and ignore the other people. Terrible service staff.

Extremely rude lady at the cash register. Told me she couldn’t sell me alcohol and that I should know Utah laws not knowing I just moved and I don’t drink and I was getting a gift for someone. She is a a bad representation for the company and for poeple visiting or passing through Salt Lake City airport.
I am surprised to see so many reviews here all mentioning the same thing and the issue hasn’t been addressed.

A an overweight female staff member with bad hair is arrogant and rude. I have been in salt lake city for 7 days and have been telling everyone how friendly, helpful and professional the individuals who work within the service industry are. This woman doesn't come into that category... fat from. I hope you train staff better in the future or replace the bad ones.

Staff are condescending tools. me:“ excuse me is this a duty free store?” Them:“Idk, what does the sign out front say?” Me:“Dufry?” Them:”Well there you go.”

The adds are fake. They don’t tell you the truth till you get to the register. Waste of time.

Tobacco and alcohol are international only. If you are flying domestic they won’t sell to you
