I landed from Peru, with a delayed flight and my luggage separated from me. The staff was happy to help me find something that would work for the meetings immediately after my upcoming flight, and my new skirt is travel friendly and organic cotton. I’m so thankful this shop was there.

Airport style prices (high) but unique outdoors theme make this a pleasant gift shop.

Wanted to purchase a sweater that was one of many of the same kind on a 50% off rack. The salesperson would not honor the sale, which was marked about 15% off the original price and that was as low as she would go. Not her fault, but it is clearly false advertising as the rack was placed in the passageway to draw in customers under false pretenses.

I have shopped here before and love the store. I confirmed online that it would be open before my flight and arrived early to the airport. The store says it’s open at 6 AM it is now almost 8:30 am and they’re still not open on Saturday. They need to update their hours of operation however from the Google reviews you can tell they’re not even reading them.

Good clothes very poor customer service. The older lady with dark hair was very rude and useless!

The selection was good for a gift store, but the prices were high and the staff literally hovered over me, never getting more than six feet away at any time.

Says it opens at 7am, but was there at 8:30 and store was closed. Bummer. Maybe update the times on your site.
