Hannah was an amazing assistant. After spending full day searching, we left the store with a great product. This store was the last stop and I had not heard of the store name. Despite the store hours coming closer to closure, pleasant smile did not leave Hannah and she offered to select a few recommendations after hearing our needs. She fetched several (one of which we bought and received much compliments by peers afterwards).Her generosity was shown in bringing out from storage clothing that were not yet on display. Winter season clothing were what we were looking for.

She kindly returned the ones that we decided not to buy. I plan to come back to the store because Hannah has left such an impression on me about the store in general. I am curious what the store offers and the style is very casual yet edgy different from H&M which I like.

If I could tell the manager, I'd like for Hannah to be promoted for her excellent customer service and the promptness in understanding customers needs.

Alison is such a queen. I went in just to look around and she was very sweet and pulled out some shorts in my size without even asking. She even got my size right!! I had been thinking about buying shorts my next trip to the mall so it’s like she read my mind. Great work Alison, love the effort you put in and for going above and beyond!!!

Just moved to US & bought my first jeans from Buckle Alderwood mall Washington location yesterday. Sales person Madison was amazing, she really didn’t give up until she found me the right jeans for me. I must of tried 10 of them. Excellent customer service & this place will be my go to. Thank you for all the friendly staff there.

My experience has always been so positive at this Buckle store! They make me feel welcome every time and have found me now the majority of my wardrobe. No jeans beat buckle's for the price. What sets them apart is their dedication to customer service. I always feel important and am never rushed. I will continue to be a loyal customer!!

We went in to pickup jean's we'd ordered in store. They weren't there yet even though I got an email saying they were. Emily managed to save the day and found other jean's we loved in a wash we are happy with so that we still walked out with new jean's for less than the ones we are still waiting for. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful.

Always fun and the staff are fantastic! I wish it was possible to order "older style" jeans that are no longer available in the store. Haven't been able to find a pair the I like to replace my favorite style/fit.

Buckle isn't pushy! We do sales that make sense for you! We like to get what you want and fits that make sense. We focus on the service not as so the sales. We have so many different options in fittings and brands we just recommend different product because the fitting maybe be better or overall just make more sense! Ether way, get what you like! Not everyone is commision based. I worked years none commission my main focus is for everyone to have a good experience:). I have worked a lot of retail and Buckle has been the greatest! If anyone ever has a bad experience I'd love to take care of you or have any questions call the store!

The head manager here is so sweet I am such a buckle fan I’m in here far too often and he’s always so wonderful and helpful and kind and the best conversationalist. He’s so good at helping you find something that will really accent your body and your personality.He is definitely someone I look up to and admire. But best of all we both share a common love for pump rules. And I just got back from Hollywood where I by chance happen to meet Lisa Vanderpump and he did as well in Vegas and we got to share that together and nobody knows who she is out here in my world so it was so special he chatted with me for the whole time I was checking out where as most people would get annoyed and want you to kind of keep it moving and they weren’t busy so I just love this place the atmosphere the clothes and the people. Also love my curly haired mama he is definitely someone I look up to and admire. But best of all we both share a common love for pump rules. Best customer service ever! In and out with killer fitting jeans in 20 minutes. The sales peeps thier definitely know what they are doing! Only place I'll buy jeans!!
