Great friendly customer service and they are having clearance sales on some of the shoes with up to 70% off or buy one and get one 50 off.

Great selection and good prices with no pressure from salesmen or sales ladies. Sometimes you can't find your size or style but they have soooo many to choose from. Plan on being in the for a long time, especially if it is your first time shopping there. Lots of good quality shoes. Be sure to check the clearance racks for more savings. Also buy 2 pairs of many of the shoe and get 50% off on the second pair.

The customer service is A+ I live in Utah and once a year we are in Ontario, CA and shopping at Off Broadway Shoes. Mack was amazing. He took care of an issue, I may or may not have taken home 2 left feet, and he was so kind to work with me. Thanks Mack! You deserve a raise. I have never had issues with the quality of the shoes I have purchased there and we have been shopping at this store for about 10 year.
