Brooks has a combination of kindness and knowledge that you rarely find in real estate professionals. Beyond that, I don't think I've come across anyone more motivated by creating memorable outcomes for his clients and colleagues than Brooks. I'm blessed to count him as a friend.

We tried to make Brooks fail, not intentionally - but I'm sure he felt like we were constantly stacking the odds against him. My fiancé and I had meltdowns, we threw curveballs, we made decisions, and then immediately changed our minds more times than I can count - and the entire time Brooks remained calm, cool, collected - and most importantly - positive. We had a list of expectations longer than a CVS receipt - and a constantly shrinking budget due to our wedding and the sudden rise of interest rates - and Brooks stood steadfast, always telling us not to compromise on our dream home, even to the point of pointing out reasons we wouldn't like homes - even though he could have easily kept his mouth shut and closed the deal much earlier. He knew we wanted to live in South Redlands, but were compromising by considering other areas - and he would constantly bring us back to South Redlands and ask us to be patient - then we dropped the heavy news that if we weren't in escrow for a new home, with our old house ready to close escrow by the end of July - we were going to have to shut everything down until after the wedding so our funds weren't under so much scrutiny while my fiancé throws money at the wedding that we don't have. Never once did Brooks bat an eye at us, or get frustrated with us, or even seen nervous. He was completely confident that we would find a home, and we would be happy. And boy did he come through. We closed on our old house today, and our new home will close next week - and we couldn't be happier, and the best part is that through all of this we have gained a true friend, someone that cared more about our friendship than he did about making money, and there are no words to express how thankful we are for that. I'm not going to tell you how to live your life, but if you're looking for an agent, you will not regret going with Brooks.

We met Brooks through Zillow when we found a house in Redlands my wife and I wanted to see. For our first meeting Brooks was responsive, prompt and professional, ad continues to be today. We made an offer on the house and ultimately purchased it. Living in Los Angeles, about 80 miles from Redlands, Brooks took care of anything and everything that came up in Redlands, keeping us from having to travel to Redlands multiple times each week. We've been so impressed with Brooks we listed our home in Los Angeles and our rental house in Murrieta with him as well. In addition to being a true professional Brooks has a happy, positive and "can do" attitude that comes through in every interaction.
