The management at this location is doing an excellent job making sure that the customer service is top notch. Associates like Sarah, go above and beyond to not just help you with checkout and make sure all of your discounts coupons and care pass savings are applied, but if you are having trouble locating an item, they actually walk with you to help you locate the item without any impatience or attitude. In a world where customer service is truly going extinct, it is a breath of fresh air to deal with these people at this location. I will go out of my way to go to the CVS in Rancho Cucamonga on Haven Ave.

They always help me out in a timely enough way, the wait is pretty average. If it's going to take 40 mins to fill a script I just leave and get an errand done nearby. The texting program is great because it notifies you when your stuff is ready without having to call.
The staff is always nice and helpful, there was a shortage of one of my meds for months and they found another cvs nearby that had it in stock and transfered my script. They did this the next two months for me too, the location changing each time. I appreciate that, it would be a pain to have called all those locations one by one.
