Faith and Angel both helped me pick a wonderful engagement ring for my woman to be. They listened to what I wanted and was able to find the right one for me. The ring that I chose resembled a sunflower which is her favorite.

But after I got the ring, I showed it to my in-laws to be and they advised me ghat even though the ring was amazing, they wish I would have gone with a gold band instead of white gold. Only reason is because gold is good luck in their religious belief and is unique since most engagement rings these days are white gold. I took their advice and asked Faith and Angel if I would be able to exchange the ring from white gold to gold. They made the process very easy for me and were able to make it happen in a timely matter.

Now I have the perfect ring and I couldn’t be happier thank you both to Faith and Angel for working with me and getting me what I want in the end.

I attached a picture of the first ring in white gold and then the second picture in gold. I think the gold truly makes it resemble a sunflower 🌻 better

I originally made an appointment for a custom ring for next Saturday, February 24th. 2024. I received a text message a few hours later from Faith asking if I could come in before Monday because they were having a 20% off sale. Our text messages consisted of finding my new wedding ring, it’s our 25th wedding anniversary!

We came in and from the moment we stepped in Jared’s sales reps were amazing! They offered us a drink of water or coffee, which we respectfully declined.

We ended up being there a total of 3 hours! I kept seeing other rings and then some were not within our budget! It didn’t matter to Faith though, she continued to help us until I was satisfied with my new ring!

They even said I could pick up my ring the next day, 2/20/24 from having to be resized!

I have looked at other jewelry stores, but nothing comes close to the quality of rings and quality of service we received at Jared’s!

Our experience here was nothing short of 5 stars— in fact, I wish I could rate more! Faith and Cynthia helped us out the entire time and they were absolutely incredible and made this process smooth sailing and wonderful. Miguel was absolutely amazing to work with. We started by him asking question about myself and my partner. He gave me scenarios about how different partners are when it comes to shopping for a ring which put me at ease. While working with him he gave me very simple explanations of the 4 Cs. He walked me through my additonal questions and empowered me to select what I liked. He gave examples of how the moment the ring is presented is the story that we all remember and not about comparing bands to bands. We narrowed down what i loved and made a band selection.. It was such a pleasure to go through this experience with him and allowed me to select a beautiful ring. I was torn on a center and he allowed me to take time to select which I loved more. He slipped me a folded note and said open it when you have decided. After deciding the center he reminded me to open up the note and it was the center I had decided to select. I asked him what gave it away and he said he was able to tell from when we worked through the selection process and the notes I provided about myself and my partner. I cannot describe in words how happy I am not only by purchase but also the experience I had with Miguel. Thank you again.
