Had a wonderful visit at Best Buy thanks to Priscilla! Not only was she knowledgable and professional, but she was also kind, patient, and very accommodating! Definitely will recommend all my friends and family come here if not for the deals, at least to meet the amazing team and staff here.

Best buy is all kook. A huge selection. I love electronics. Good area. Good staff. Clean. Definitely a 5 star experience. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ JESUS our Lord

I ordered something for pick up at the wrong Best Buy and long story short, the lady at the counter was SO NICE! I was made to feel like it was no issue instantly. Not only that but she knew exactly where the item was so she ran and got it. I'm so bummed, I had been in such a frantic way I threw away the receipt before I could fill out anything or even catch her name. It was but guess what Best Buy emails you receipts so I can do it that way!

For Best Buy: it was on Feb 21, 2024, 15:54 was when the receipt was sent to me so please know I am writing this review entirely because of this one employee. You have a diamond in the rough.

Walked in and told the sales person what I wanted. I needed a large 65" TV and didn't want to spend a fortune. He showed me the last large model online. I asked for the 5yr warranty, I paid him at his terminal. I was in and out in 15 min. I returned with my truck and in 5 min they brought my TV out to me and helped me load it. I was impressed how quick everything was. I got my TV home hooked it up and been extremely happy with it. Definitely will use Bestbuy again. I had been worried that they weren't gong to be my best bet on a good price but they really got me a great TV for a steal of a price.

I went in last week to the mobile department and was met great customer service! I was helped by a friendly gentlemen named Gavin. He helped me with finding a new phone and I felt that he was very cooperative and understanding. Overall I've had a great experience at this location.

Best Buy is one of the best places to get electronics with a good deal. I visited here during Thanksgiving time. Of course there is a lot of people coming to get that items pick up and purchasing. They have maintained crowd, whatever.

The experience I had was great, Dino and another technician helped me pick out an Apple macbook I was looking to buy for college and showed me their features and gave me the rundown on my options. The store itself is quite small and I did have a bit of trouble finding what i wanted as soon as i walked in, but the employees were diligent at assisting as you start walking around.

Best Best buy in the IE always has a lot of different products and is nice to see some good deals I got a beats pro for half off because of the sale apparently only at the store.

Went to buy a new laptop and was helped by Mario. He provided excellentcustomerservice, was pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us options and pros and cons between products. It was an overall great experience and I left confident in my purchase and that Best Buy will address any future issues. There can be some improvements for customers just walking through the door. When I entered, I stood there for a minute not knowing where to go. Two employees were standing off to my left talking to each other and neither acknowledged me. When they were done talking, the gentleman at the door sat back down and I was still standing there. I had to approach him to ask where to go. That was not good service but am so glad Mario turned my experience around! I'll be shopping there again.

Easy exchanges of merchandise help me to try products and upgrade to the best one I can purchase.

I got the GE bulbs day time, and decided to upgrade to the GE bulbs night. The cashier made the exchange easy and fast. Then I walk the store and got more items. Thanks

I bought a 2024 basketball game for my I didn't work on his PS5 so I had to return it with no problem

Although I just went to look around, I appreciated being asked if I needed help. This Best Buy is has really helpful associates.

Being the closest store to our house, it's extremely convenient. The associates have been extra helpful, of course. But it was an emergency as our fridge had died and we weren't even one day in from a large grocery trip. All in all, it was great experience. The associate did not try to over sell us and did a great job finding exactly what we wanted at a much lower price than we expected. Very thankful for that. It's always clean and super bright and EVERY associate makes a point to say hi, even if they are required to. It was overbearing, like alot of places who's employees paycheck reflect their sales.

Just bought a new laptop online to replace my old one. Opted for in-store pickup. Got a message my purchase was ready, went to pick it up, no problems.

The best experience let with a sales girl name Mia not pushy, but helpful patient with my question. It's alway hard to find someone to help you, but to find someone who takes their time with you

I ordered a few items online for store pick up. When I arrived the morning I got the text it was ready for pick up, I arrived around 9:15am and it was pretty slow so I was helped out right away. In and out within 5 minutes or so.

Workers there are very nice. I had my computer repaired there once and the employee there was very kind. I would recommend this Best Buy for sure
