Villa Norte Park

One of my favourite neighbourhood parks in San Diego. I used to live across the street and it was great to be able to walk out the door to it. Just started bringing the dogs there and they love it too. The trees, the well kept grass, the shade, the quiet.

Fun, open park and field area. Good, if not a little dated playground. Families and kids are all friendly. Large area to run and a nice walking path. The main walking path is 0.23 miles long, so if you are a lap walker keeping track, now you know.

This park is lovely, with an open grass space big enough for a soccer game or fetch with your dog. There are trees enough for shade, but not so many that it cuts into the grass space. There is a play structure in a sand area for young kids. And the paved footpath around the grass makes for a decent track for children on bikes or people taking a stroll. There are a handful of benches. There are also dog poop bag stations, which have come in handy when we try to clean the grass for soccer. It's a great neighborhood park. There are no restrooms, though, so be forewarned.

Beautiful little park nestled in the island in the hills. Trees, grass, benches, playground. It’s got all the ingredients for a neighborhood park.

Me and my dog Harley love doing our thirty minute walks. So we love this park. My dog and I get to walk and spend time with each other, and she gets to exercise and stay busy while her human kids are in school. And the people are really nice.

Very nice ppl & clean

Nice park for the community with a loop for hiking, a big grass area, trees and a decent playground. Lots of people walking there dogs there too but everyone is very considerate and cleans up after the pet.

One of the many great parks in Tierrasanta. I've seen this one change a lot since the mid 1990s when the trees were still staked. Lots of memories here.
