Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North - Lynnwood, an IHG Hotel

The accomodations itself look clean but there were couple of minor maintenance issues.

First, the pool area has cracked floor which looks quite date. Also the inside of the pool needed a new paint job as the bottom has quite faded blue which makes look dirty due to the faded color of the bottom of the floor.

I stayed in room 512. I am sure if I asked they would come fix the drain but I think they should have managed and checked before accepting guests. The bathtub drain was clogged and took forever for the water to go down. I had to take a shower in a puddle of water in the tub. My room dead bolt was broken and didn't keep the door secure.

They offer simple breakfast but have everything necessary. There were a pancake machine that cooks a pancake in a minute, a fruit juice dispenser(orange, apple, passion fruit flavour), bagels, toast and muffins. There were milk, yogurt, hot oatmeal, oranges, apples, breakfast sausage, cheese omelet, biscuits, turkey breakfast sausage, and sausage gravy.

They also offer complementary coffee, tea and hot water in the hallway next to the check-in desk. Sometimes chocolate cookies are placed in the entrance as a welcome treat. A self-served small convenience area which sells frozen dinner, snacks, chocolate and soda drinks.

The room was white spacious and I would stay again. But I will make sure next time about the bathtub drain before settling in.

Recently traveling through the state with the fan including a toddler. We were supposed to drive another two hours to a different hotel but we really needed a break from driving. Booked this room online and arrived a few minutes later. Staff were accommodating and gave us a room right away. This hotel was clean, had a pool, coffee, and a amazing hotel breakfast the next morning. We've stayed in a few hotels and this was by far the best for the price range. 5/5* forsure!

Nice large room but very poor lighting. 2 chairs if you call a fainting couch a chair and a roller chaír. Walls must be paper thin can hear the people in the next room. Bathroom is huge but just a small counter for bathroom items.

Nice clean rooms for a reasonable price. Pretty spacious too which is a big plus. Free parking is a big bonus! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in this area.

Overall outstanding. Probably the most boutique feeling , if you like that type of thing, of all the Eastside and Snohomish county IHG group facilities I have experienced. Location X3 cannot be surpassed.

I'm a platinum elite member, this is one of the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed for family with kids. We check in on 10/7 9pm, the front desk staff was super friendly and nice, even recognize me as a platinum member and gave each of us a bottle of water. The rooms carpets looks new and super clean. Highly recommended.

Great, clean modern hotel. The beds were comfy, there was a good free breakfast (egg, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit). It's not directly off the highway, but there is a drugstore across the street, whole foods and gas. About a 30 min drive to downtown Seattle.

Had a wonderful night stay here. Clean. Great staff. Free Breakfast was fantastic! Didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked like everyone was having a great time. Definitely stay here if you want a nice worry free experience. Oh and parking was easy and the Spaghetti Factory is within walking distance, literally like 20 feet away! I come to the Lynnwood/Everett area at least a few times a year for work and every time I stay at this hotel. They thank me for my loyalty but they've earned it.

The beds are comfortable, the AC units work like a charm which helps me sleep, good showers, well made rooms, above average breakfast.

But the reason I like this location so much is because of the people that work here. Every person I've dealt with at this location has been incredibly friendly and helpful. This latest check in was handled by Jean Paul and it was exactly what I come to expect here. He was very friendly and got me into a different room unsolicited by me in order help me avoid the construction on the top floor. Kudos to Jean Paul.

This place is a must to stay in lynwood area seattle. Internet is fast, AC room is great, facility is very clean. Don’t miss out the best free breakfast that they offer.Was amazed that the complementary bfast wasn’t typical hotel free breakfast but it was exceptionally good 11/10. Will definitely comeback!! Thankyou to the whoe staff that works super hard. Much appreciated!

This was a great place to stay for our large family. Hopefully we weren't too loud for the neighboring rooms. We had two rooms, one was at the end of the building and the other was next to the elevator and ice machine. On occasion it was noisy from the traffic coming to and from the elevator but nothing that wouldn't be expected from the location of the room. They also offered and amazing breakfast everyday that had something for everyone. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juice and more. We will definitely be choosing this location or another one just like it when we vacation in the area again.

The rooms were really nice with very comfortable beds. Great extra large shower head made taking a shower a treat. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and moisturizer from Bath & Body Works a nice. The employees made my stay very relaxing and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed a couple days at this location and was completely impressed. It had been a few years since we stayed at a Holiday Inn because our experiences had not been that great. If this is where Holiday Inn is headed then we'll definitely be back. Rooms and common areas were clean, breakfast was put together nicely. Not super "fancy" but clean and the staff was pleasant. Check in and check out was fast and hassle free.

Great hotel all around. Location, staff, and service is on point. They are very friendly and very nice rooms for the price. Also Holiday inn rewards is one of the best programs hotels offer. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. For the same $124/ night, you'll get better service, room, and location compared to the days inn shoreline. Plus they aren't watching your every move. Grade: A.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Rooms are nice and clean, bed was very comfortable, staff are excellent day and night, and the location to shopping and resteraunts is perfect. Breakfast is free but we prefered to go out for a full breakfast so we didn't try much. Can't say much bad about the place. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone who is just looking for a clean and comfortable hotel at a fair price. Would stay again if you changed your pet policy to allow dogs. Thanks.

I've enjoyed staying here several times over the past couple of years for work. The Hotel lobby and rooms are very clean. It has always been quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful. When checking in for my most recent visit I had made my reservation for the wrong week. No problem......they changed my reservation without hesitation. Whenever I need a room in Lynnwood I choose HIE Lynnwood. Thank You!!

Very nice place, rooms are very well kept, clean and smell good, bed is comfy, everyone that works here has been very professional. Gym room is nice and.open 24 hours a day! Indoor pool and spa is really nice after a long day of checking out what Seattle has to offer.

This is the best Holiday Inn Express have ever stayed at. The hotel's front staff was amazing Kelly accommodated all of our needs and made sure my daughter special day was the best it could ever be. Without all of her Finishing Touches it would not have been such a great and wonderful day so I really appreciate how the staff here goes above and beyond I will definitely stay here again the hotel is clean the beds are comfortable and the swimming pool is adequate I think that anybody who has a chance to stay here should!!!

Very nice, clean, and safe place. The receptionist was friendly and quick to help. The location is pretty good, with restaurants nearby. The bad reviews don't seem justified.

I absolutely love this hotel... From the greeting to the farewell the staff are always extremely kind and pleasant and really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a good one. The beds are extremely comfortable, the only thing I can say I'm not 100% thoroughly impressed with is the breakfast... As someone who has been living in hotels for the better part of the past year I have experienced breakfast at nearly every hotel in snohomish county and this one could definitely use some improvements....
