Old Navy

I shopped at the Old Navy store in Lynnwood. It's a rather small store but packed with a great selection of clothing and accessories for the whole family. Trendy styles and good values, good prices. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. One stood out as the best associate I've encountered. Jared helped me return my online order efficiently and quickly but also went above and beyond his normal duties to order an item for me through the online ordering system in store. He took a long time but finally was able to make the order. Turned out the item was on clearance so it made everything 500%better. I was beyond impressed and very grateful for his help. The item came on time and fit beautifully. I couldn't be happier. What a great experience!

Found everything I needed. The store was organized and clean. The employee who helped me was very helpful and positive.

Function over fashion. Got two pairs of work pants and a tank. Cheap items on clearance, and for Labor Day sales. The fitting room attendant was so kind to me, I wish I had got her name.

I'm tall and skinny, for some reason old navy stuff just fits me. It's a touch on the cheap side, I'd pay more for ethically produced goods. They're pretty good at keeping stock on the shelves and the staff has always been good to me. I wish they'd bring back the quick change room for men.

I took my son to Old Navy for back to school shopping. We found exactly what we needed in about 15 minutes. We were in and out. It was so fast! Check out was easy and the sales clerk was very helpful.

Cute clothes with good prices! I went here recently to exchange something I had purchased online and the associate that helped me at the register was super nice and friendly.

This store was surprisingly not too hectic even during the holidays. The store was stocked to the brim with clothes. Everything was nicely placed folded and neat. I even tried on a few pieces and to my pleasant surprise there weren't any clothes tossed all over the dressing room as some Gap stores that I've frequented have. The employees didn't hesitate to ask if I needed anything and seemed very pleasant even at 7 in the evening.
My visit was very pleasant, they had great sales, and I'd definitely go back!

Ran in here for a quick minute. Place seemed like any other Old Navy. Busy busy busy because it was the weekend! Pretty much out of everything I wanted to buy for my fighter in her size. Ended up purchasing online one item and placing the rest of my order online, in their parking lot.

Old Navy saved the day! Even in the midst of back-to-school hustle, this store has stayed organized, well stocked and quick to get curbside deliveries prepared. My daughter went to school with a smile on her face, feeling great in her new clothes. Thanks for the hard work, Old Navy!!

I had a $20 gift card and hadn't been to Old Navy in nearly a decade...yeah, I'll be back. Managed to get a full outfit with a little change to spare. Plus the cashier was super nice, despite working a long, 'holiday rush' shift and was due for her lunch.

I love the selection and prices on toddler clothes. Our toddler has always outgrown her clothes before they get worn out so I feel like the quality is good. All the toddler clothes are cute and so are their shoes! I don't shop for my clothes here so I can not speak for their adult clothes.

The young woman who checked me out--Lilianna--was excellent. She not only helped us, she doubled our order by giving us the info we needed to make our purchase. Kudos to Lilianna and Old Navy!

Huge shout out to Camille in the Lynnwood store who spent lots of time helping my 88 year old Aunt find the pants she liked and that fit her perfect. Just can't say enough good about the excellent customer service. Such friendly, helpful people! Thank You! Thank you!

I love the collection of Old Navy, find it pretty stylish, trendy and comfortable. Old Navy has something for every person. Great store for family shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Furst time here in years and I absolutely loved it found 2 pairs of jeans that I think are now my favorite pairs I own!

Physically I obviously prefer the downtown store because it's bigger and more attractive, but the staff here are so nice and helpful.

Easy to find location. The employee at the front counter was more than fabulous. I wish I would have caught his name. I do know he has a YouTube channel if that helps!!

Nice store. People are helpful always asking if they can help you find something. Cleanliness is practiced. Social distancing and masks are required

This is the only store that I can find jeans that fit me in all the right places! And I love their clothing selections. You find some really cute stuff.

Wasn't nearly as busy as we thought it would be and the store was clean and well stocked with cute varieties if clothes for the whole family.
