I love DSW. They’ve got a great selection of shoes and you can try them on at your leisure instead of having a sales person come back-and-forth back-and-forth to put your shoes on for you. If they don’t have what you want in your size, you can order online and then if they don’t fit, return them to the store with no shipping fee. They also have a frequent buyers club and get great discounts. I love it!

I always find what I need super fast and at good price. Alyssa even caught there were discounts that had not been applied. The transaction was super smooth and it made my day to get to splurge without breaking the bank.

First time I’ve ever been here. I was here to make a return that I had purchased online. Staff was very friendly. Long line but it moved fairly quickly. Easy prays return process. This place has LOTS of shoes! If I had more time I probably would have gotten lost looking at shoes for hours! Great prices too! I will mention that there is currently No public restroom due to covid.

Emily made my whole experience awesome. I ordered shoes I needed the next day for 2 hour pickup from another location early in the morning before they opened, and by 8 pm they still weren’t ready and that location’s phone lines weren’t working. I called the Lynnwood location and Emily did her best to move my order location, and even though she couldn’t, she set the shoes aside for me so I could pick them up before they closed. She was kind and helpful throughout the entire interaction and it was clear she went out of her way to make sure I was receiving the best service. I will go out of my way to visit this location moving forward.

I went in for one pair of shoes and came out with three. I found the cutest heels that were actually comfortable, and they are high! The price is also very affordable and there are SO many options. Definitely going again!

DSW sends us discounts so we go there often. We both work nine-to-five so we wear out shoes.

Recently my wife found me a pair of Birkenstock sandals -- super comfortable -- for only about $50.00 at DSW. I did not know that you could buy ANY Birkenstock merchandise for less than $100.00.

These stores are spacious and clean with a large selection of every type of footwear. They have friendly and helpful clerks. You should make DSW your go-to place for shoes.

As far as shoe stores go, I had no major complaints. The shoes are probably slightly less than in other stores, but not significantly. The value comes in having so many options. Lots of brands and models to choose from.

I was shopping for sneakers and probably had 60+ choices. Very nice to be able to directly compare so many.

The kids section is ok... But very few lower end or inexpensive kids shoes.

This is a nice, clean, well-appointed shoe store. The selection is good for men's shoes and incredibly large for ladies shoes. People of all shapes, sizes, and tastes should be able to find what they're looking for here.

Huge selection and you can usually find what you're looking for. Lots of sizes on the floor, but mainly in the middle ranges like 7-8. Parking is never an issue, the lot is huge. There's a great selection of clearance options as well.

This store has good varieties for women's shoes. The clearance section is also big and have good collection. You won't see much variety of short boots here. Except that, they have good variety of every other types of shoes, including men's.

Clean and organized with a huge selection of shoes. The staff is helpful but also let's you just look and try if you want. Love all the clearance shoes in the back of the store. If you need sunny weather vacation shoes or winter boots check there first!

I Love DSW! They have a GREAT selection of name brand shoes (Vans, ASICS, Adidas, Nike,Brooks, Crocs, UGG, Saucony, Merrell, Rockport, etc) for men women, and kids. They also offer curbside pick up, in store, and delivery as options. Very good customer service as well. I will be a lifelong customer and I highly recommend checking them out!

Huge selection of shoes! I love DSW 💕 Always well organized and clean. Employees always friendly and willing to help. Love also the convenience of ordering online and picking up in store sometimes withing hours! My favorite shoe store 💝

Great selection. Great clearance section. Something is always on sale here. I nearly always find the exact thing I'm looking for and I always find multiple things to fall in love with... usually things I don't need, lol. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly and I always have a good experience shopping here.

UPDATE September 2020:

I have not seen any other store putting in the effort that DSW has as far as cleaning, sanitizing, and making sure their customers are as safe as possible during the pandemic. As always, their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All staff members are wearing masks (or the occasional face shield), and they have plexiglass barriers in addition. I watched the gal who rang me up today sanitize the counter, barrier, and pin pad between the previous customer and me. All shoes that have been tried on are sanitized between customers. DSW actually cares about their customers (instead of just pretending to so they get more business).

GREAT service from Dea and Liz! They went the extra mile to ensure I saw every possible option for my sad feet. They were both patient, friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure I received the best possible care. Kudos!!

Shopping in Phase 2 of COVID-19: We wore our masks, were greeted by a very pleasant person as we entered, and given information about the rules on where to try shoes on and what to do. There were gloves available and hand sanitizer all around the store. The selection of shoes was great, as always. Check out was seamless. It was a very pleasant experience.

Mostly shoes with some bags and accessories thrown in. What's not to love? There is always a good deal on the clearance shoes, you can order online and pickup in store = you don't have to pay for shipping! Create a profile and earn points. Great coupons.

It was Friday night after new year, the manager helps promptly and understands what the customers need. I can't find any other team members or staff in stores nowadays can be so compassionate and passionate of what they are doing. This will be the only DSW i shop in the future.
