I was especially impressed with Charlie taking initiative to reach out with important details about my upcoming appointment and then, like other employees I’ve worked with here, being professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend!

It took longer than I expected but your waiting area is comfortable so it was okay. Also, Kevin helped me again this appointment and he is the nicest person. I really appreciate him and his kindness.

Michael Serrano with Kearny Mesa Toyota, as well as the assisting team, was very easy to work with. While it took awhile for my transmission to come in, they kept me updated on the process and had no issues with me wanting to exchange my rental for a different one. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Brought in our Highlander hybrid 2023 after the intermittent display “Maintenance soon” became a permanent “Maintenance due” and last maintenance had been done in October 2023. The Toyota advisor explained to me that I had put 5000 miles on the car since last October, thus requiring a new check. Ninety minutes later the maintenance check had been completed and I was on my way home. Very happy with the maintenance and the performance of the car.

Patty Brown was very friendly and efficient. There was no pressure to add more services. The recommendations were great and explained thoroughly. Getting my car serviced was easy and painless, thanks to Patty.

I received window tinting service 8/18/23. Service was immaculate and tint looks amazing. They sure do get busy at the service center, making it so impressive I was in and out so fast.

The service was fast, and even though I arrived early, they were able to accommodate me for a vehicle inspection without any delay. I had an appointment with Dalton Toyota in National city. I was running late to the appointment so I called to notice them to see if they will still see me and they told me that the couldn’t. So I drove to Kearny Mesa Toyota with no appointment and they still took me in with no problem the service was quick and great. Five star service for Kearny Mesa Toyota.

This Toyota/Penske dealership is awesome! My service advisor, Kevin, was very helpful and friendly. I waited about an hour or so for an oil change and some basic checks with no appointment and it was a holiday weekend. Great experience overall! Came in for a check up on my corola and left with my dream car the 4Runner TRD! The entire staff at this dealership is so nice and amazing. I had my doubts on getting my truck but they did their magic somehow! Me and my daughter are forever grateful.

I'm always SO happy with the service I receive when I take my car to Toyota KM. I've been working with the same advisor, Quang, for a long time and she's awesome! With my last service, I had some unexpected repairs that needed to be taken care of and had originally planned to wait for my car, while they serviced it, but that wasn't an option after learning of these repairs. Quang got me into a loaner car right away and the best thing was how quickly they got my car back to me. They knew I needed my car back as quickly as possible because I use it for work and couldn't use the loaner car in the way I needed for my job. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day, the day after I dropped it off and they ended up getting it to me a little before noon! Thank you Quang and Michael (service technician) for your GREAT customer service, much appreciated!

Love this place! Repairs are done right and in the event of a problem they always make sure and fix it.
Kevin F. Is awesome, he is truly an expert in customer service. He takes the time to look up history on your vehicle to let you know what has or hasn't been repaired so you're not blindly getting work done that's already been completed recently. He's patient, polite, and is always willing to assist!
I've been going to KM Toyota for over 13 years and won't go anywhere else!
