Just had my car serviced here. The online scheduling pages offer a lot of options, including afternoon discounts, nice. New features of service also include a video walking through the car bottom. Service staff is professional and easy to work with. Synthetic oil for my car once a year.

Excellent service dealership location. Very in depth service options and very good customer service interaction. You will feel at ease all the time as your car is in good hands. Video inspection feedback is very good as it is convincing explanation. They take great care of you.

The dealership we purchased our RX450h from. Setting up maintenance appointments are always a breeze and our vehicle is always finished in a timely manner. Staff is always polite and helpful, and the lounge is comfortable if you plan on waiting for your car there.

Scheduled service for second key fob. Service department open as usual, even during construction. Very busy; indicated it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Very pleasantly surprised when it took less than an hour! We love Lexus San Diego!
