I’ve just purchased my third TV from Video Only, and I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional their service is. Today, I brought home the Sony BRAVIA XR X90L, and the entire process was an exceptional.

Tony, the floor salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the options. No pressure, just genuine assistance.

And then there’s Rio, the Sales Manager. Rio went above and beyond, ensuring that I felt comfortable with my choice. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Video Only in Lynnwood is the only place to go if you're looking to buy a TV. I keep returning because of their knowledge, friendly staff, and excellent service.

I walked into a Best Buy to look for a new tv and surround system. The salespeople were either on their cellphones or talking amongst each other. Nobody came over to see if I had any questions or help me.

Next day I walked into Video Only. I received tremendous support from the sales staff who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!! They gave me lots of great insight and assisted me in purchasing a system that would be perfect for myself and my environment.
And when I got home. I checked out the prices I paid versus Amazon and Best Buy online. And the prices I paid were way below Amazon and Best Buy!!

Why buy a TV anywhere else!!!

Got an awesome deal and had a great experience here! This is for real a no frills store, but I'd rather have the savings than the fancy building! Got a 77" OLED Samsung with a sound bar. Love it. Highly recommend buying here! Price check it, it's legit. They even have a trade in credit for your old tv whether you have it with you or not. Very positive experience, and i also got to tell them how much i hate their radio ads. Overall, 5 star, I'll just keep changing radio stations when i hear their commercials, but i would for sure buy here again!.

I bought my first nice TV at Video Only years. From then on, my go to and referrals have always been Video Only. Best quality, best selection and best. price. Only place I buy TV's. Best Buy is great if you want to be ignored, and overpay. I suggest Video Only. All the top sets side by side with same images so you can truly compare. Extremely knowledgeable staff that comes through everytime! Just bought my 4th set from them. Ask for Jake, and y'all can thank me later. In a time where customer service is nearly dead these folks still come through shinning! Grabbing a 4K player from them next week. Thanks again Jake!

If you need a tv, this is the only place to go. They don't bother with flashy gimmicks or anything to lure you in. All they have are the best televisions at the best prices.

In a time where online shopping for deals is the cheapest way to go, Dar, the gentleman who helped me from start to finish not only saved me money from Best Buy, Walmart, and all competitors I checked, I was reminded again of the importance of in person business. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable when I went in to look for a new TV. He explained the features of the different models and gave me tips for mounting on the wall. I ended up getting an LG C2 and wall mount for several hundred less than the store across the street. I bought my last TV there 10 years ago and they always have great prices and service. Definitely recommend!

We stopped in to shop for a new TV and sound bar for our home. Jeff assisted us and was so thorough. He asked many questions to find out exactly what we were looking for and what was most important to us. He didn’t just try and sell us something we didn’t need. So thankful we didn’t go to the other stores we talked about. Jeff pulled up pricing from the other stores and saved us a lot of money on our purchase! This place far exceeded my expectations. I had planned to buy the LG OLED at Costco during Black Friday, but I’m so glad I checked out this store.

Jeff is fantastic to work with. He really cares about his customers being 100% happy even after walking out with a sale. He asks how you’ll be using the TV and shows you how to make the most of its features. He asks about your audio setup and recommends the best ways to connect to it. When we decided to pick it up ourselves, he gave us tips on unpacking and setting it up in our home. We are very happy with our experience with him and will be coming back.

I'm the type of buyer that will buy a better quality TV and use it for as long as possible. That being said, it was time to replace the two TVs that we use for our living room and family room.

I checked the usual sources (Costco, Best Buy, online) but had heard Video Only's prices are competitive so decided to check them out.
I ended up working with David, the store manager. It's clear that the employees work on commission but the typical sales tactics or pressuring wasn't there. He was honest in his feedback of their offerings and was upfront about matching costs and warranties to their competitors.

I went in looking for one brand of TV and ended up buying another because I liked the quality of the picture so much. With the store having similar sized TVs so close together, it's really easy to compare here. I ended up buying a 48" and 65" of the same model and saved a lot of money because they were last year's model and this year's models were just released. The other stores also have big savings on last year's model, but Video Only beats them all, especially on the 65" where I saved hundreds vs. anywhere else I could find. Another big plus: They offer a 30-day return whereas most other stores are now 15-day return on TVs.

So I bought great quality TVs, received the same warranty as the other store, saved hundreds compared to anywhere else, and they helped me load into my car. The experience couldn't be beat!

The slogan is correct, they most definitely have the best prices! My husband and I popped into Video Only on the hunt for a 77" OLED TV. We struck out at Costco, Best Buy, and popped in on our way to Target--we are so glad we did. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable about the models we were interested in and was even able to beat the prices we had seen that day for the same TV. Great experience!

Just moved to the area and needed a new TV. Searched online and came across Video Only. I can confirm that they have better prices than their competitors with amazing sales reps. Rob was super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us space to browse but was ready to answer any of our questions and offer his input. We walked out with a Samsung sound bar and Television. Could not have been happier with the experience. Save yourself some time and go to Video Only.

We randomly decided to stop by and see if they had a specific LG OLED. Not only did they have what we were looking for, but they were offering THE best discount we had seen yet (including any of the big box stores). After talking through the specs with Jeff and working out a sweet deal, we knew that there was really no reason to wait or double check prices elsewhere. Since the TV was too big for my vehicle, he offered free delivery but we decided that it would be easier to just have my brother-in-law swing by and grab it for us. After we told him the deal we got, he ended up buying a smaller version of the same model on the spot!

Overall, we were pretty shocked at how good of a deal we were getting and wondered why we hadn’t checked out Video Only before. Plus they’re offering the same warranty as Costco on the same high-end TVs, so it was a no brainer to do business with them instead. I really enjoyed working with Jeff and all of our expectations were exceeded. I’m definitely going to recommend them to my friends!

I rarely write reviews, only when someone goes above and beyond my expectations. That is exactly what happened when my boyfriend and I walked into Video Only Thanksgiving weekend and were approached by Matt. I've never shopped at Video Only, but I am familiar with the long running radio ads, which urge you to check out Video Only first when shopping for a TV or "you'll be sorry!" Turns out this is not an exaggeration.

We walked in, compared the prices and models on the TVs, and we were in fact sorry that we had already bought a TV at Costco. The prices absolutely beat out other stores, and on top of that, the customer service people are very knowledgable as they specialize in TVs, and will give you the right kind of guidance you need if you are looking for help while shopping.

We asked Matt about the model we bought already and he was honest saying he'd obviously love to sell us a TV but it sounds like we already bought a good TV. We looked at the other models and decided we'd be willing to return our just purchased TV to Costco in favor of another slightly nicer model at Video Only. Matt was able to cut us a deal as first time customers that we couldn't refuse. So we bought the TV, went to the hassle of returning our 80lb 75" TV to Costco, and we are extremely happy with it and the service we received.

My boyfriend already convinced our roommate to go there for his new TV and Matt assisted again and the roommate is quite happy with it.

I would absolutely recommend this Video Only to anyone looking for TVs. It exceeded our expectations.
