First time buyer from CARVANA- This beat "kicking tires" at a dealership! I have no time for shopping for a car and all the paperwork etc. I purchased on-line and had it delivered. They made it so simple and easy! Communication was spot on and the delivery driver was so pleasant. My " new to me " KIA arrived safe and sound SUPER CLEAN and with a full tank!. I appreciate all the information provided ; previous owners, maintenance history, and location of origin. As an automotive professional with prior experience in dealer service departments, I had plenty of customers who had just purchased a vehicle from Carvana come in for inspections. The cars were ALWAYS solid (some better than the cars we had out on our used lots.)

Naturally, this gave me a great impression of the quality of cars being sold. Found myself needing a reliable, comfortable, and fuel efficient vehicle for work trips and also for the family. So I found a great deal on just what I needed and the purchase process could NOT be easier. Support was offered multiple times in case I needed to speak to someone. When it finally came time to pick up my new ride, the person (I completely forgot her name, but she was a young black woman) was very professional and walked me through the vehicle making sure everything was perfect. She also went over the 7 day return policy (spoiler: I won't be returning the car) and how to get help if anything is not to my liking.

Overall, I do feel like they have a strong business model and I believe they are truly out to help people find a great car at a great price on their own terms. What's more convenient than that?

Getting a Car from caravan was very fun experience when seeing my car come down the vending machine. Even though my car was used it was very clean inside and out. I loved the fact that it had low miles. The only problem I had was that my oil change light was on. I was told that caravan does an inspection on all the cars.
I was told if an oil change was done they do not reset the light. I was still able to get my car oil checked for free with the help of Caravan. The 7 day grace period help a lot so I was able to get to now my car..

It covers all the major parts too! Got auto pay set up, and they even register the car for you! It was so seamless and fun to pick up the car at the vending machine! Highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the paper work (DMV) and the 2018 Lincoln we bought. When the car was brought down by the elevator system it was carousel so we could view it.
