Threshold Training Facility

This gym is great. Smaller than a larger gym like 24 hour fitness but I think that makes it better. I train with JP a few days a week here and I’ve seen great progress. They have a variety of equipment and the times that I have came it hasn’t been crazy crowded.

I’ve been going to this personal training gym for about a month now and one thing I can say for sure is that these trainers here are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. My trainer Andrew has taught me so much within one month and I have gotten much progress toward my goals in fitness. I definitely recommend this gym for somebody who’s looking for a gym with a more independent personal training.

If you are serious about getting fit, body building, and/or maintaining, this place has good music and atmosphere. They work great with beginers. They help with meal plans. The training follow up and show interest in your performance. Nothing but positive support from the beginner to the I live to work out.

This place is so professional , highly recommend everyone to come try this spot . The trainers are friendly and very helpful . Anthony has been my trainer so far very satisfied with my results !

good people, good equipment. Doesn't have the overly roided out vibe you get at some gyms.
