Don't come here on your diet days. This is great place to eat your feelings and share good sweets with loved ones. Glaze never disappoints and can never manage to just eat one and walk away. So don't lie to yourself and get the box, every one else does the same when u offer them one from the box too. My only complaint is they could use more filling in jelly n custard, don't be so cheap we're paying $20 a dozen here!!

I'm so disappointed to see how much the employees are wasting in production making these donuts. There's a long line due the negligence in making our delicious donuts. Corporate MUST do something about us bad for the business.

Went on leap day so my grandson could get a free dozen for his bday..he was excited.fun experience.

Delicious donuts that you can watch being made, and great coffee, service can be slow at times, but the delicious donuts are worth the wait!

Never a bad donut. The staff is always pleasant. The place was packed at 5:30 on a Saturday. Don't forget to ask about your free donut too. Prices are still reasonable too, unlike most donut places that charge $30 for a dozen donuts.

Love coming here for donuts. Always a treat but always a line. Learned my lesson the first time and will be ordering online for takeout. Downside is that there won't be as many choices when ordering online. Upside is that all the other donuts can't compare to the original glazed donuts and I won't be choosing any other kinds. Win win I guess. 5/5

Krispy Kreme is a longtime chain serving a variety of Donut flavors and shapes, plus Coffee and Frozen Drinks. This place is our favorite Donut shop in Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga. We love their Donuts. They are always delicious, and just melt in our mouth. Great doughnuts, great atmosphere, and very good customer service. The inside of this place is clean and it's a lot of fun to see how the donuts go through the making process and anyone can take videos and photos of the entire process. Another surprising thing is their drive-thru is always super busy, but the inside of this shop is comparatively less crowded. So, if anyone wants to reduce wait time, then he/she might go inside to order food during business hours (5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, drive-thru is open for 24 hours). A highly recommended place for Donut lovers.

I was driving by last night and the “hot donut” sign was lit. Yeah! This was about 8 pm on Sunday. Drive thru line was long so I went in. Took about 20 minutes. Delicious and warm. And they offer a senior discount 😀

I always go through the drive thru , great donuts , convenient because I don't have to get out , at night there's always a long line especially on the weekends. But I went around 2:30pm and got my donuts fast , and I tried the new Creamsicle drink ...bomb

Very short wait. Plenty of people inside. They had seasonal boxes. Doughnuts were being freshly made. Customer service was good and quick.

This is the most popular donut shop in the area...it's always busy at night, but it's excellent to go and pick because the donuts are warm and eat! It's worth their time and money to be paid for! We'll be coming back in future if only it will be less busy! Keep up great work to make customers satisfied!!

When I was little my dad used to always take me to get donuts from his favorite place, Krispy Kreme donuts. Krispy Kreme is a widely popular and iconic donut shop that can be found in almost every state, opening first in July of 1937. As of now they sell about 1 billion donuts a year, including internationally. I recently got to try the one at 25082 El Paso Ave in Mission Viejo. I believe that Krispy Kreme is the best wide chain of donuts.

Upon first walking in you will usually see a bright display of donuts, all different flavors to choose from and smell the fresh dough and glaze in the air. You will usually find all sorts of different people buying them because honestly, who doesn’t like donuts? In various locations there are windows into the kitchens where you can see how the donuts are shaped, glazed, and brought to the oven which is really cool to watch in my opinion. Workers wear uniforms as well as paper hats, which are sometimes given out to customers. There are always tons of donuts to choose from, as well as frequent unique holiday and event specials. The most popular and basic options would be the regular glazed donut, the chocolate glazed donut, and the strawberry glazed donut. Sprinkles can be added to all of these for more textures and the sweet, slimy glaze adds so much flavor to the soft and fluffy doughnut base. Another popular choice would be the donut bites, which are glazed balls of dough instead of the classic O-shaped donut. The donut balls also have a variety of flavors, mainly depending on the type of dough rather than the frosting and decoration. My favorite is always the raspberry filled donut. The donut is soft, fluffy, and glazed, much like the others, but what makes this one my favorite is the sweet raspberry syrup in the middle. Unlike the raspberry donuts at other donut shops I have been to, the thick syrup in this one tastes so fresh and sweet, just like a real raspberry, which goes so well with both the texture and taste of the donut, especially if you love raspberries like I do. My dad’s favorite on the other hand is the apple fritter, which is another great option. The apple fritter is one of the largest donuts at Krispy Kreme, with cinnamon and small chunks of apple baked inside to give the dough more texture as well as giving the donut that apple taste and smell, not to mention when combined with that sweet glaze. There are so many donuts to choose from at Krispy Kreme that you can look at right on display, makes it hard to decide at times which one to get.

I think Krispy Kreme stands out from other donut shops because of how soft and fluffy the donuts are and stay, even after long periods of time, meaning if you had part of your donut you can save the rest for later and it will still have that soft and fluffy texture without going stale. There are also so many different choices and such great flavors of dough, frosting, decorations, etc. Krispy Kreme is not like one of those places where there are only a few options. For all the years that they have been opened and bought from, I can totally understand why they have the popularity and reputation that they do. Just like the slogan says, Krispy Kreme leaves you “Happy All Around.”

I ordered these for Mother’s Day and they were so good! I love Krispy Kreme. I hope they do these again next year! Definitely will order again!!

As you would expect, great place to get donuts and coffee. Donuts are made fresh on site. Staff is very friendly. Ample parking. Drive-through option is available

My first time visiting this specific store. The employees were kind are really helpful on some doubt I had in a coupon I was going to use, newsflash, the coupon worked and I got. My second dozen doughnuts for one buck. Love the berry doughnut so got some of those. Really clean place. Love this place!

Line is always long, we ordered in person inside the store. Staff is always friendly, fulfill orders quickly. There are always parking available even on busy weekends hours.

I ordered through the drive thru, which was a little busy but that's a good thing! My order was accurate, milk was cold and the glazed donuts were delicious! They have a rewards membership that offers good deals! 😋

The line was long but the speed was on point. Once that hot doughnuts sign is on it gets super busy. The girl in the drive thru was super friendly and fast with the goods. Ty for a great experience. Oh and the glazed doughnuts were delicious as usual.
