I've never been a fan of Mercedes-Benz, but when I walked into this car dealership in Kearny Mesa, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service they provided. Though I didn't end up purchasing a Benz, the experience was so positive that I'm open to returning in the future to this car dealership. Bought car parts for the 2020 GLC 300 coupe at a great price!

Great customer service on both sales floor and in service department. We have frequented this dealership for a variety of reasons and their whole team is great. Karla in service is always super helpful, and both Nick and Jason went above and beyond to help us out on numerous occasions when we had service related items. Great group, beautiful showroom floor.

My salesperson Kari delivered a world class car buying experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. When the car I wanted sold the morning I was going to the dealership, she searched for and found the identical car (same color, wheels, all the same interior options) and had it delivered the same day so I can buy it. She had 20 other 2023 C300s on the lot, but instead of trying to show me a car without the options I required, she got me exactly what I wanted. She genuinely wanted to make me happy rather than just sell a car. I will always use and highly recommend Kari for any Mercedes purchases/leases.

All I can say is… this dealership is not your ordinary dealership. They are customer experience driven and they will let you know that by how awesome they treat you. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is legit. I didn’t feel like I was being played like I’ve felt at every other dealership I’ve ever dealt with which is 6 of them. I’ve only ever had VWs and JEEPS, and now, I’m a Mercedes owner FOR LIFE. Never going to anything else.

Staff was friendly and greeted us at the door. No pushy sales techniques like other dealerships. Ryan was great, listened to us and helped us find what we were looking for.

We LOVE Mercedez Kearny Mesa!!! This is our 7th car we buy with them and because of Nick our salesman and Jay the manager who always go above and beyond to help us and our families needs, giving us a fair deal: we are now an exclusive MB family.
The cars are not only beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, they are luxurious, fast and safe. I was hit by a driver who ran a red light totalling my car. My children and me didn’t have a scratch.

Few days ago we went in to check a car I’ve been wanting but hard to find with the light interior color that I wanted. Jeffrey was our sales consultant who helped us, they were about to close but still took his time to show us the SUV and even took us on a test drive and never rushed us. Went above and beyond to make our experience great! Thanks Jeffrey for helping me with my purchase and make us feel extra special!

Wanted to check out a car for someone, so I decided to stop by the dealership as I was in the area. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with respected by the front desk. I inquired about at S 580 and was directed to the manager, Jeffrey Dodds. I let him know I was trying to get a better feel for the car and get that driving experience so I could better explain the feel to the person I was assisting in buying a car. Jeffrey educated me on the car's features, and I will say, I was very impressed with the car. The ride quality and performance of the S class was phenomenal. I am working with Jeffrey and I will continue to and send customers his way. I went to a few dealerships around the area, and this one was by far the best! Specifically Mike was above and beyond. Usually buying a car is a terrible experience, but they made it smooth and easy. My entire process was 72 hours and I drove home in my new car :)
