It is so important to interview for the right realtor, and we are so glad we did. David was able to help us transfer our tax basis using prop 19 & prop 60/90 so that we could find a home that suits our needs and our later stage of life. We had a lot of trouble finding realtors that understood how to transfer the tax basis and how important this strategy was. But David has done this multiple times for past clients, including his own parents. And it was because of this skill that we brought David in to our chapter. We’re so grateful to have had him help us with this stage in our lives, and we are happy to be living in a single-story home, and no longer battling the stairs!
