Pirch San Diego

My Subzero finally gave out so I went to 3 places in San Diego looking for a specific model and hoping one was in stock. Jovana at Pirch was fabulous - super knowledgeable and friendly and her follow up was a great and unexpected surprise! It was a small purchase versus a whole kitchen remodel but she treated me equally as good :) The installers were also great - fast too!

We started a kitchen remodel in 2022. We were referred to Pirch in La Jolla and to use Freddy. Freddy gave us excellent advice and help. He's gone out of his way to make sure we got everything we need from the appliances and also made sure Miele gave us our rebate, which they had denied online. The installation was done very professionally and it looks great in our new kitchen. We had an issue with our Miele steam oven, and again, Pirch came through and got it resolved with Miele. Freddy knows his business and gives wonderful directions and help. The customer service people have also been excellent and went out of their way to help us. Excellent people and excellent store.

I accompanied friends to Pirch for a tour and to make a purchase. The sales rep was very friendly, helpful, and knowledge. The gentleman was so professional he conveyed a feeling of being a friend showing us fixtures and appliances and helping imagine the results in using the merchandise. The shopping tour was of the type where, if a second visit was required this was the place to go, definitely the place to go for upscale brands.

Had the most wonderful experience at pirch. Edwin has been Incredible to work with. He made sure to help me find items within my budget and adjust my order when something came up. Truly a very relaxing experience. Never felt pressured to spend more he gave me so many options to choose from. Also explained everything in full detail unlike some other appliance stores I have been to. The delivery of our appliances was also Incredible. Scheduling was quick and easy (for in stock items I purchased). Looking forward to getting the rest delivered.

Made online appt for next day and received confirmation call in the morning. The social distancing and cleanliness made a definite improvement on experience during these high stress times.

Brian was extremely helpful on insights and opinions and pros cons of each brand as well as differences on them on what works and not and setting expectations. Price ranges and delivery times and process all done without need to reference computer as other reviews noted.

Looking forward to another visit as we nail down our options. Very good upfront experience.

We bought all of our major appliances from Pirch, and not only were the showroom and sales people fabulous, but the service after has been fantastic. I will never shop anywhere else. Our dryer started making funny noises after a year, and it took one 3 minute phone call where they pulled up my information and said they will have a local technician contact me to come out for repair. I didn’t have to search for receipts or order numbers or fight with anyone.

Several years ago I ordered all my kitchen appliances from Pirch (Fixtures) and I couldn't be happier. Brian took the time to explain the features, pros and cons of each model relative to our design requirements and help us cut to the quick. He was absolutely right. I am now working with Brian again and find his customer service and commitment to the customer's satisfaction to be exceptional. I have referred others to this terrific store and to Brian in particular and they are all very satisfied.

My husband & I are building a house and went to Pirch for help. We were lucky to meet Edwin on our first visit. He helped us pick out all of our kitchen appliances and was so patient with all of our questions. We had such a good experience that we went back & got all of out plumbing fixtures. Eddie is a pro. He knows his stuff. We are very pleased with our purchases. We’d also like to compliment Alesha for her assistance. Any questions were answered promptly. Thank you for your great customer service!!

Large showrooms to see in person rather than catalogs/ computer screens. Fun place to dream and imagine but also a place to make your final purchases for your next home design project. Chuck (and his sidekick Otis 🐕) were honest and helpful. He showed us options within our budget and didn't tell or sell us fluff.

I had a very good experience with Pirch. We met with them to go over various appliance, kitchen and bathroom fixtures. They gave us a very high quality presentation of various fixtures we selected. And while we did not use them for everything we did use them for the appliances and found them to be very competitive. A special call out for Erika Hosking who went above and beyond the call of duty to help get our Bosch rebate processed.

I was shopping for the Kohler sensate faucet, and had heard they had it live and in action in their showroom! I really wanted to be able to actually watch it work and make sure it was what I had imagined. Luckily it was there and in the front of their showroom. I was never quite sure about the automated faucets, but Kelli educated me thoroughly on the options and features. I purchased the faucet and absolutely love the educative and interactive approach this showroom provides for their consumers. I'll be back and will recommend it to anyone looking for new appliances.Thanks Pirch!

The staff is so friendly, this is by far one of the most beautiful showrooms I have seen that sells appliances and plumbing! Also they’re a San Diego based business! Kudos SD! Love supporting local businesses, and this one exceeded my expectations.

Pirch's assigned installers were diligent and knowledgable. They went beyond their normal duties to make sure our Sub Zero frig and freezer were installed and functioned properly in our custom built kitchen. Well done!

The barista is cordial and sweet, and make delicious coffee. If I’m just thirsty, there is delicious filtered water, aromatized with organic fruit.
The place is simply stunning, so you can rest your eyes and relax a bit from a hectic mall energy.
Most importantly, the appliances!
Pirch brough my cooking to the next level and my husband loves barbequing for family and friends with our new barbeque.

If you are a foodie, I highly recommend taking advantage of the cooking demos they have at the store. It is better than any cooking show on TV and a lot more helpful than reading blogs and magazines, because you can see things in person and ask questions in real time.

Great service from the moment I walk into the showroom. Very responsive and reliable. We purchased a Sub-zero refrigerator, the installation servicemen were absolutely great.

Excellent service from all and beautiful showroom to pick out a dream kitchen! They were great when we had to delay delivery for a long time due to construction problems.
