Kendama USA

Yesterday was my son's 13th birthday. We gave him his first Kendama for Christmas and we were amazed at how much time he dedicated to perfecting his skills immediately. Our son is a busy kid and getting him to settle down and focus is no easy task. I called the store and explained that it was his birthday and I was going to surprise him by picking him up from school for an hour and bringing him to the store. When we arrived the entire staff was more than welcoming. They had a birthday card for him, allowed him to view their merchandise, and Josh greeted us at the door and proceeded to show him multiple techniques while the entire staff cheered our son on. We purchased a Kendama of course, and Josh gifted him a 2nd, and a smaller one for our 5 year old. You should patronize this store because the staff are knowledgeable, gracious, patient, but more importantly kind. We need more people like this in the world. Their kindness genuinely made my son's day, made him smile, and warmed my heart.

Had the pleasure of dropping by the store in person while on vacation from Canada. I contacted customer service beforehand because I had a few concerns, but they easily clarified everything up for me. The place was super welcoming and the people were so kind! It was awesome getting to talk to fellow kendama players who seriously know their stuff. They even hooked me up with amazing deals on product and tossed in some freebies!

Definitely pay these guys a visit when you can. Guaranteed to be a fun visit for any kendama player. Thanks so much Kendama USA!

At first when you pull up to the store, it doesn't really look like an actual store. Don't be fooled however! This place was awesome! It is very quiet and peaceful inside and they have Kendamas everywhere. Don't even get me started on customer service. Ryan (aka Jewbacca) helped me out and he was super friendly! He showed me basically everything there is to know about Kendamas. He was very helpful and was hands down one of the coolest guys I've ever met. If you are looking to buy a Kendama in store and want to learn everything there is to know about it, I highly recommend you visit Kendama USA!

What can I possibly say that I haven’t said already about this company. every single person who works here loves and is proud of what they do and you can see that in how they treat you the moment you walk through the front door. it’s truly inspiring and with that it makes you want to buy everything in the entire place. I normally never look at the total when I get rung up because I don’t mind paying for the premium quality kendamas they have to offer that being said this is not only an artform , a practice of concentration and a lifestyle but this is the new path that if anyone chooses could possibly bring tranquility and peace and just plain old fun to every single day. remember none of these things require batteries and that’s the reason why your kid should be playing with a kendama .

Hard to find, but once we found it, it was awesome. Staff is super welcoming and helpful. Jewbacca was amzing in the customer service realm, and he helped me find the perfect kendama. He answered all of our questions and taught me how to lunar, and when I got home I could lunar with my new dama. Also we were walking back to our car and he comes out and gives us a free string pack for no reason. Overall amazing experience and totally worth it. By the way, don't be worried if it looks dark inside, they will turn on the lights when you come in.

The Kendama Usa team goes way above and beyond expectations when you go through them to buy a Ken. No matter who you are or where you're from, they'll treat you like family and make sure you get the quality you deserve! When it comes to buying kendamas, ordering through kendamausa or going to the warehouse to buy from them is an excellent experience and I 100% recommend them!

not only did i have to drive two hours to get here but i would drive 4 to come back from the moment i said hi i felt like this place was going to be fun to be in its very nice to be able to speak the same passion i have for kendama with like minded people no politics no hate just love and they also stand by their customer service promise as well ... every single kendama or accessory ive bought from them has been top notch .. and if it isnt the will make it that you are happy with whatever they can fix before seeing you go... i would diffidently recommend this place for any online orders and if you could stop by its worth the trip :)

I visited the store and totally enjoyed myself. The staff was awesome and they had a great selection to choose from. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
