I can't say enough. This company is a lifesaver. Very good associates that offer excellent customer service. Empathetic and express real concern and respect for their customers and their needs. They are friendly over the phone and in person.
If you need medical devices delivered or medical supplies, hopefully you can hook up with these guys because they are absolutely wonderful.

Because of this company's assistance, I was able to recover more comfortably from my series of surgeries and procedures for cancer. Breast and bone. Pretty painful stuff, and they were able to help guide me with any type of assistance products from my hospital bed (rush delivered AND assembled for me the day I got home from my major and first hospital stay) to a raised toilet seat, to my wheelchair.

With my diagnosis, I have had huge fluctuations in my health status and physical abilities. They made it so simple and easy. When I needed them, they were always there.

I hope their associates are well cared for since they really do such an amazing job.

Special care, brought out, my walker, exactly on the date, they told me, they would, the river was very professional, Anthony, speared, you all are awesome..

Always quick and very helpful never any issues even after losing all my equipment in a fire. They didn't make me do a thousand things to get it replaced!

This place is amazing. Tracey and her assistant Nikki are both incredibly helpful and very responsive on the phone, and were able to answer all of my wife's questions.
Tracey really knows what she's doing when it comes to wheelchairs, and it was really great that the exact wheelchair and duringf that she knew she needed was exactly what she had recommended for her.

Tracey is pleasent and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Oh, and they called the insurance company for us and handled that too.

Lindy is Fantastic! She was patient and solution oriented in coordinating my mother's delivery. Such a great employee speaks volumes about the company.

Worst place to work under management. Most don't know how to process insurance claims. No training for new staff. Write off on a lot of claims under the owners nose. Discrimination due to appearance. False documentation for terminations. Bullying to have employees quit.

Staff here are very rude I was on hold for 20 minutes after being hung up on twice I thought someone was finally helping me by the third time I called but then i was hung up on yet again. They are lucky the only reason they have a job is because people and companies are forced to use this shitty lame excuse of a DME company. Far better companies out there!

On 17 Aug 2018 11;47 am, the gentleman answering the phone is SUPER RUDE !!!! No customer service skills, Talked to this guy four times already, not once did he speak kindly. BAD IMPRESSION FOR YOUR COMPANY !!!

People are ride and disrespectful. I was in hold over an hour speaking to the people before they finally hung up. On me. Don't go off you have a choice

Their location changed and they never bothered to tell it to the customers.

Not happy with this company because they don't have their equipment together in stock.
