Found a pair of Birkenstock sandals that are hard to find, the cashier held on to them for me as I came from over 70 miles away.

We ordered a sandal from the store. They wastes our time by ordering wrong size and when we wanted to return it, the manager bahaved so rudely. I did not expect that reaction. It was their fault.
Never go there again and if you like your time and money, do not go there.

poor customer service. i came in for a return and it was going fine. then the one helping me and who i think was the manager started speaking spanish and all of a sudden they couldn’t do the return.

Incredible rude worker. Was told not to touch the shoes on display which I had to to look at the price. Save yourself a bad experience and go to Nordstrom in UTC.

Horrible customer service. The assistant manger Derrick should not be in customer service or any managerial position. I came to return shoes (2 days after purchasing) that were slightly sandy at the soles and he told me they couldn’t be accepted but I could come back after cleaning them. I came back with them in perfect condition and he tells his employees they could not be accepted and he wouldn’t look at them again.

I went in to return a pair of boots bought for me as a gift in cash at approximately 1 PM today-brand new, in a box, and with a receipt. I was told that they had absolutely no cash in the shop and could not give me my refund aside from a gift card which obviously can be used only at Journeys. I was then vaguely told to “try again later” to see if they have any cash on hand from customers who happened to use that form of payment. How does a chain as large as journeys not have any cash in hand? How is this a sustainable business model? Amateur hour.

Went to buy 3 pair of shoes for my kids and the person who helped during purchase and return was the same. This guy was so rude to me, I'm not sure if that was a special treatment for me or if he is the same way with all customers. I LOVE this store but I won't be shopping there again as long as he works there. Wish his name was on the receipt so I could write a formal complaint.
