I had the pleasure of meeting the Rev Endurance Sports team via a personal text message after I ordered a product online, and I'm here to tell you that George and the Rev Endurance Sports team are in the top 1% when it comes to customer service! To be perfectly clear, my purchase was small (vitamins), and I don't live anywhere near the shop. I think 99% of businesses wouldn't have cared that what I ordered wasn't available. This team cared though! I get messages about alternate options, better shipment plans, and updates throughout the entire process until the package is out the door. I honestly felt like I was purchasing a $20,000 bike, and not a bottle of vitamins. If I'm ever in the area I'll definitely go out of my way to meet the team at Rev Endurance Sports. They made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world, and I was simply buying vitamins.

Wow am I glad I found George and REV Endurance Sports! I stumbled upon this shop because I’m new to the area and it’s close by, but after my experience I would easily travel from far. In short, George simply wants to you to enjoy cycling and have an efficient and safe bike to do so on.

He spends a lot of time with his clients to get to know what kind of cyclist they are and how he can help them. Being relatively new to cycling, I admittedly have a lot to learn about bike maintenance but also try to learn as much as I can to manage things on my own—at no point have I felt that George is trying to sell me on things I don’t need, and he even educates on how to fix things yourself.
It is very clear that he has an eye on your safety, and this is reflected in the recommendations he makes. He also charges a very fare price, communicates well, works quickly, and is just an overall good person.

I recently had my bike shipped to the shop and George did a great job building it and getting it ready for my cross country trip. I had zero mechanical issues during those 3000 miles and could not be any happier. George is very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.

I brought my Trek Madone to George for new rotors, brake pads, and new chain which I was hoping to complete before a big weekend ride. Not only did he easily meet my deadline, but he was engaging, informative and fair priced! Took the time to explain the components of my bike, and genuine interest in my progress as a rider. Best experience I've had with a bike mechanic, period.

George helped me out on short notice. I took my bike in to get my handle bars wrapped and new hood covers. He took care of it the next day and also let me know about several other issues he noticed. He fixed those as well and showed me how to avoid certain problems in the future. I appreciated the expedited service and thorough job.

I had a wonderful experience with George at REV! I took my bike in for a cleaning and tune up repair after neglecting it for over a year and was impressed with how George walked me through his process while teaching me new tips about how to care for my bike that will lead to time and money savings in the long run. I also loved his attention-to-detail, honesty, quick turnaround, and fair pricing and I got to say he's got a great sense of humor which made the experience fun! I'll be coming back for all my bike needs in the future

If it important for your bicycle to be serviced by someone who cares about it as much as you do, then REV Endurance Sports is the bike shop for you. A shop where questions and even participation are encouraged, REV Endurance Sports offers a holistic approach to bicycle repair and maintenance.

Of particular importance is that the owner, George, is concerned with what happens to your bicycle even after it has left his care. For example, several bolts on my bike had been stripped by prior & various less-conscientious mechanics who then proceeded to ho-hum me out their revolving door, "passing the buck," knowing that I wouldn't notice (I didn't). In contrast, George actively addresses issues as they arise and even though I did not enter his shop for the purpose of remedying stripped bolts (I needed my rear disc brake serviced) I got it. Oh, and he got my rear disc brake working beautifully, too.

Will I go back? Of course! This is my bike shop from now on. Thanks, George. I'll see ya next week for that brake bleed.

Just discovered this shop recently and George is the man!! You can tell he’s all about customer service and building relationships, which is unexpected for a bike shop, since most treat you like a transaction. He’s passionate, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. So glad to have found a reliable man/shop I can go to everytime I have an issue with any of my bikes.

George at REV is AMAZING! Professional and exceptionally knowledgeable; he's the only guy I'd trust to work on my bike. His shop is by appointment only, but even with the craziness of COVID-19 he managed to squeeze me in for a quick adjustment.
You won't be disappointed and you'll appreciate his direct and honest mechanic skills for all your bike needs. Even if your bike is a Walmart special, George will treat you and your bike with such professional courtesy that you'll feel you own a 10K bike.

I have had the best bike shop and customer service experiences with George at REV! I have been biking for decades and of all the shops I have been to he is the most helpful and takes time to explain things without invalidating my knowledge. He has taught me a lot and has always charged a fair price. He is quick and is responsive to my questions and texts/calls. George delivered an experience that exceeded my expectations 1000 times over!! I had neglected my bicycle for over a decade and wasn't sure if it was "worth" investing in repairs. George took his time evaluating the health of the bike while explaining everything to me along the way. He was straight forward, honest and reasonably priced. Before I agreed to move forward with the repairs, George genuinely wanted to be sure I was comfortable with the plan and price.

My bike was completed within just a couple of days and again, George taking all the pride in his work, took the time to make sure that I understood what he did, how to prevent future damage and how to care for the bike going forward.
