Wes is an outstanding professional! He was able to get my Encinitas condo rented in short order, for top dollar. Wes was easy to communicate with and he was always accessible with any questions I had during the process. His marketing of the property from photographs to online marketing sites, was very thorough and effective. I'll be contacting him in the future to secure any new tenants.

I was moving out of state and I worked with Wes to rent out my condo. He was extremely pleasant to work with - professional, courteous and diligent. The condo was listed and rented in a very timely fashion and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

We have owned our home in Encinitas since 1990; in January 2007 we rented it out and returned July, 2019. We used several property management firms over 12.5 years and Trinity stands out as the best by far. They are fair to both renters and home owners, and efficient! Wes is completely unprofessional and rude. Came to tour one of Trinity Property Management's home. Another individual was there and he was making a deal about the home we were both viewing at the same time. When I inquired about viewing other parts of the home, he stated "I dont feel comfortable doing that." I am of mixed race so the only thing that comes to mind is straight up passive aggressive racism. I would do business with him. Why call your yourself a professional when you do not know how to deal with all human beings. You are NOT equipped nor ready for the big leagues. NEXT!

Shady management company with poor communication skills. If you’re looking to be aggressive in the current rental market, good luck with these guys because it takes days to get a response and they don’t prioritize inquiries fairly. I had been trying to put in an application and put down a deposit on a place within MINUTES of it listing and was told I could do that process after touring. Got no response about touring said property (on a Sunday, said it would be Tuesday before showing but never heard back), so I followed up again only to be told there were several people who had already applied. Even though there was no option for me to apply when I IMMEDIATELY asked about it upon listing within 20 minutes. Now being avoiding completely after questioning that. Super disappointing……

I've reached out to this company NUMEROUS times trying to reach an agent or someone about a property. No response to calls, texts, or emails. So unprofessional to not even respond back and just take people's money on applications.
