High Tide in Morro Bay is my go-to!!! Especially, after a day at the beach, out in the hot sun☀🥵😁I have a love affair with their smoothie açaí bowls!! The Barbie Bowl is 🤤🤤 Perfect for when you want something sweet, but light and refreshing!

Ordered a takeout Richy Rich Smoothie with Acai, Banana, Blueberries, chocolate almond milk and requested almond butter in replacement for the peanut butter it normally contains and they obliged. It was delicious and very filling!

The new business owner, Jeremy Sizemore, and the new staff have really improved this business over the last few months! Improvements to the facility and product line. High Tide deli now has espresso and coffee drinks. The deli sandwiches are good, however still probably use lower quality average tasting Sysco products. Could improve somewhat here, but still overall edible. The acai, pitaya, and sorbet bowls are tasty. And I enjoy the kombucha drinks. High Tide Deli has a pleasant outside patio area and the staff are pleasant. Great place to grab sandwiches and drinks before heading out to the beach, or before kayaking on the Bay.

Addendum: Almost a year ago when High Tide Deli was purchased, I gave it four Google stars. I have frequently gone back for sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies, and coffee drinks. And it keeps improving. I really like the continuous quality improvement. So, I'm submitting this addendum and giving High Tide Deli a fifth star. Good work everyone at a Morro Bay favorite!

High Tide is an amazing little spot that has such a welcoming and small town vibe. Yummy smoothies, great sandwiches and Spearhead coffee!! Definitely a must check out when in town!

Love the sandwiches and acai bowls. Best place for lunch in Morro Bay. Owner Jeremy is super cool and he really likes hats.

I LOVE this spot. Can’t say enough great things about the quality of the bowls they have here. They are usually understaffed so it may take a couple more minutes to get the food out sometimes BUT completely worth it since everyone is so kind and everything is so tasty. My personal favorite is the Barbie bowl. Never get tired of it! Love their fresh fruit and granola. It really makes the entire bowl!

BLTA was awesome and the best part was the sourdough bread! Perfect soft and toasty. The large sandwich was big enough for two! Will be splitting this with my wife next time and ordering my own açaí bowl.

Had the Green Acai bowl and it might have been the best acai bowl I've ever had! Super fresh, really good flavor and the whole vibe of High Tide is really comfortable to hang out for a little bit. Highly recommend!

Passing through and happened to stumble upon High Tide when I was craving a smoothie. Wow, best I've had in a long time! I've been back every day this week!

Super good food! The quality is excellent! One of my favorites is the Turkey Pesto Sandwich on Dutch Crunch bread. They have awesome, friendly service, too!

I really wanted a great cup of coffee, and I found it here -- a beautifully-prepared mocha, that reminded me of the old French-inspired cafes of Berkley where I went to school in the late 80's. It was very nice. The gal who prepared it was nice too.

This is our go to spot for lattes here in morro bay . They have a nice little patio area with raised garden beds and it’s the perfect spot to grab your morning coffee and enjoy the morning beach air

Been here a couple times. Super cute place, and the women working there are always friendly and sweet to my kids. Yes the wait is usually a little long, but we’re at the beach! Delicious Chai, and the richy rich smoothie is super yumm!

The açaí bowls, yogurt bowls, and sandwiches are all really good. The staff are super nice as well.

Love at first sip. Gotta a drip with oatmilk. Also got an Avo-toast with tomato and sprouts. All ingredients were fresh. The patio is super cute and there were fun souvenirs and stuff to shop for while waiting for my food, like shirts, beanies, stickers... The staff were nice too. Can't wait to come back! So glad my friend got me that gift card ♥

Cute little place! Healthy options...Acai bowls and smoothies are awesome. Kale Plus smoothie is my favorite. Good place to grab a sandwich to go too on your way to the beach. Excited to see they’ll have coffee soon! I’ll be back.
