Definitely had to share my thoughts on this particular location. I’ve been shopping at Albertsons for years and the Morro Bay store is amazing! Exceptionally clean, well organized and huge selection.

Most impressive is their staff, specifically Tara, she’s always willing and eager to help and is very knowledgeable. I make a point of heading to her line if she’s at the register, she’s super fast and offers additional items to go with mine, that I have often forgotten to grab.

If you’re in the area, make this your one stop shop for basically anything, and be sure to ask for Tara to experience the best customer service ever!!

Last minute I decided to buy my wife some birthday flowers. I really appreciate how flexible the floral designer was this afternoon. The wife loves the arrangement! Thank you.

Flower department has a great variety of fresh flowers and prices are reasonable. Denise was very helpful in putting my Christmas bouquet together, thanks to her.

The prices seem a tad higher than elsewhere, but the staff is always kind/funny. No matter how crazy it is (heard one checker saying she hadn't taken a break and was already like an hour + past when she was supposed to be off) they are still nice. Exhausted, but nice. A HUGE shout-out to Faith in the deli!!!! I rarely go to supermarket delis because it just overwhelms me. I really wanted fried chicken....so I gave it a shot. I obviously didn't know what I was doing and Faith pointed out a perfect solution for me and even gave me exactly what pieces wanted!!! She's not fake, she's efficient and knows her stuff.

Nice clean store and friendly staff. The StarBucks inside the store is a nice added feature. Wide variety of alcohol, liquor & wine too!

The bakery never fails when we order my daughters birthday cakes, white w custard and fresh strawberries...half sheet cake 55.99 delicious and everyone is helpful and nice ..it's our 9th cake order... We're outta towers

Did the curbside pickup, I don't think I'll be going in the store anymore. The service was fantastic, fast, convenient....it was great.
Update: Sometimes they will mess up, or give you expired/bad food, so check your stuff and reciept.

Very very nice store, it has so many selections down each aisle. The best part at least for me is I didnt get overwhelmed with the all the selections from the produce aisles to the bakery all the way to the beer department, etc; and best of all they had multiple checkstands available for checkout with an actual employee. Thank you Albertson's 😊

Albertsons here in Morro Bay is a really great place. Clean, well lit and bright inside, and laid out nice. Upon entering you'll come directly in front of a Starbucks with a nice selection of everything Starbuck, to the right is a real nice deli, and the bakery. Other side of store at the front is a well stocked florist. The employees are friendly. It's my go-to grocery store. Opens early, and closes late. Unfortunately it doesn't have a pharmacy in it, otherwise it'd be the perfect place. Go get your groceries there, you'll love the place👍

I appreciate how clean this store always is. Great variety of products and the bakery here is outstanding! Hot food is always fresh and never old .

Went over to get a few groceries. The store is always well stocked and clean. Got some potato salad at the deli it is good we'll get it again. I have had their seafood products in the past and they are always fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I like to give credit where credit is due. I was helped by Scott at the register and it was a super friendly experience! Albertsons is lucky to have an employee like Scott. If he isn’t a manger Albertsons needs to step it up!!! Thanks for making my day Scott.

I LOVE this store!! We make is a point to go here anytime we are on the Central Coast. The store is alway clean, the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They have a great deli counter and the shelves are always properly stocked!! It is a busy store with a Starbucks inside but the staff and management seems to be present and on top of things. When is Morro Bay or passing through the Central Coast and you need groceries, food to go or a great wine and picnic basket, Ken Sarna recommends you go to Albertson's in Morro Bay!! Good job!

Stopped by to shop while staying at La Roche suites. Found everything we needed and checked out pretty quickly. The cashier was helpful and kind. Pretty happy finding frozen vaccum packed shrimp on a skewer that was on sale.

A large and fully stocked grocery store with loads of choices and services. The store offers a florist, a starbucks, a bakery, the deli and lots of pre-made meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing beats homemade of course, but I have found tasty and healthy ready-made meals catering to most diets. Customer service has been top notch. Produce is fresh. I've recently been taking advantage of the florist and balloons. The flowers are fresh and the arrangements are beautiful and creative. The selection of balloons is top notch.

Albertson's always has the top of the line produce and pretty much you can find everything here. They used to have a person out front grilling some ribs and chicken and what have you.. but haven't seen that the last few times that I've gone, but it sure was good.

I have been ordering groceries online since Covid began and picking them up. This is a great service and it is much appreciated that the Morro Bay branch decided to offer this service. Last week, I tried to give John, the young man who brought my groceries out to my car, a tip. He refused and said instead of a tip.... to just let the manager know he was doing a good job. John is the one who always brings out my groceries. He is friendly and efficient. I forgot to call that day to speak with the manager, so I am posting this review online so that not only the manager/owner can see it and know that the service was great, but others will learn of the positive experience, as well.
