My husband and I worked with Scott Dunn to plan our honeymoon and it was the absolute best decision we could have made. Everything was taken care of from private airport transfers, dinner reservations, private hotel villas, private local tours, and the best part... 24/7 customer support. If we needed ANYTHING at any time on the trip, we could get a hold of a Scott Dunn agent to help with changes in itinerary or reservations, etc.

Ashley was the best Travel Consultant and got back to us promptly with any questions we had while on our vacation. She also made the planning process so seamless and organized. As I was already stressed with wedding planning leading up to the honeymoon, it was such a relief to know I was in great hands with Ashley. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication to making sure we had an amazing trip. I can't wait to work with Ashley and Scott Dunn again soon!

Ashley Hall organized the MOST EPIC 10th anniversary trip in the Greece Islands for myself and hubby in Oct 23! She worked within our budget, provided honest feedback on what we should expect within the money and expectations we set out and WOW, did she exceed! I had never used a travel agent, let alone a Luxury Vacation Agent before and she took all the planning time, researching and agenda details out of my hands, it was perfect! The accommodations were true luxury, the black car transportation service set the tone for an amazing trip and the private events we selected to attend did not disappoint. Ashley asked lots of questions to understand our interests, style and type of vacation we wanted and planned 8 days of our 17 day vacation perfectly. She communicated well before, during and after, in addition to having all the arrangements details within the Scott Dunn app. She ensured all the details were taken care of and honestly, it was absolutely perfect! She even planned our dinner reservations in Athens, which was not a part of the 8-day portion she organized - it was so helpful and a very nice added touch! I will be using Ashley Hall and Scott Dunn again for another extraordinary trip in the future because.... why not?!?

I had the good fortune to work with Scott Dunn to book a three-week, three-country trip to Asia. Here’s what went right: flight connections with ample time. Flights that arrived and departed on time. Hotels that were stated as luxury that actually were, and were priced right. Tour guides who were on time, knowledgeable, and fun. What went wrong: Nothing. And that’s my point. Josephine at Scott Dunn put together a trip that, left to my own devices, could easily have been riddled with hassles and frustration. From start to finish everything with Scott Dunn was absolute perfection.

We just returned from Barbados and Saint Lucia on our 3rd Scott Dunn arranged holiday ( 1st since COVID) and it was amazing. The properties we stayed at were stunning, the restaurant recommendations were spot on and all travel connections were on time and of a high quality. Lucy, our consultant, listened to what we were looking for and recommended destinations and properties that were perfect.

Scott Dunn made our trip to Maldives completely painless. We ended up going to Niyama with babysitting service, and they matched the online prices with some additional perks. The agents on the phone were great and easy to reach. Will go through them again.

My husband and I just had an exceptional 2 wk honeymoon to Vietnam in November planned by Corey Weiss, one of Scott Dunn's travel consultants. Corey chose the perfect balance of city time, cultural experiences, beach time, and food tours for us and we wouldn't have changed anything. Our accommodations truly blew us away during our stays in Hanoi, Hoi An, Song Cau, and Saigon. The level of service in each location was unreal and we felt so taken care of, with connections pre-scheduled so that transportation between locations was totally seamless. We can't wait to revisit some of the same places.

Everything was anticipated by Corey-- for example, giving us sufficient time in each location to relax and allow for enjoyment of the hotels-- and we really couldn't have researched or planned this the same way ourselves. The guides we had for our tours also really elevated our experience. We were genuinely treated as VIPs & I don't know what trip could top such a special honeymoon! Overall, Corey really listened to our needs and preferences and we're so grateful to him-- would highly recommend anyone book a trip through him!

We had a fantastic two week February trip to Patagonia with Scott Dunn! Renata Da Silva did an excellent job in listening to our ideas and developing the perfect vacation for us. Everything went extremely well with all the arrangements and the accommodations were perfect. The ground operators were very attentive and we wouldn't have changed a thing. We've used Scott Dunn previously and I'm sure we will use them again!

Incredible South African Adventure

We worked with Meg Shepro and Jade Weidenfeller to plan our bucket-list trip to South Africa. We spent 5 days in Cape Town and 5 days on safari. The vacation was absolutely amazing - it feels like it was a dream. They helped us prepare (I know we wouldn't have been ready without our planning calls) and gave us all the information we needed to have a successful trip before we even left. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Cape Town until we boarded our plane to head home, we were taken care of. Our accommodations in both Cape Town and on safari were exceptional. The suggested restaurants were delicious - our boys (11 & 14) tried and loved so many new dishes. Our activities were tailored for all of us to enjoy. There was a perfect blend of adventure and culture, and all of our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. We could not have done this without them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

There has been a lot of instability in the travel industry because of the Pandemic - we had several trips in various planning stages when the world shut down in 2020. Scott Dunn was amazing - we didn’t lose a dime. We were able to reschedule any adventure we could and got refunds for the rest.

The people at Scott Dunn - John, Gwen, Tor and so many others has always been so easy to work with. They are super responsive and always follow through. They understand how important trust is.

No matter where you want to go in this world,Scott Dunn has it covered. If you want advice about a certain area, their employees have to have been there,stayed at the places, done the excursions AND more. That way they are well versed first hand. We have done two different types of trips to Africa and every detail was as we asked for. It seems to be a 1st class operation for people who want a specialized experience. I don't know where we will go next, but I feel confident in recommending thsee travel experts.

I am stuck on a Scott Dunn vacation in Costa Rica right now. I feel like a sheep being herded through preplanned activities built to get money from American tourists. It’s not bespoke. Its far from a luxury vacation. You are in crowded activities with hundreds of other tourists. They farm out your activities to a local company. It’s not special or even interesting. The hotels are not 5-star by American standards. I am in an American equivalent of a three star hotel. I have traveled to a lot of countries, and have never had such a bad trip. this is my first and last time using Scott Dunn!

my husband and I do a lot of traveling and this was our first time using a travel agency. Never again. Scott Dunn was a terrible experience. They pretty much only booked our hotels and did nearly nothing else. We booked our flights, most of our excursions, all Covid testing and more. They did at least arrange for transportation to and from the airport. On our way home, they screwed up the pickup time for our transportation to the airport and the car arrived AN HOUR LATE. They clearly never organized the car, then tried to arrange this last minute. We nearly missed our flight. There were also several instances where they tried to cover up mistakes that we realized. For example, we noticed the hotel we stayed at had a special credit if you’re staying for 5+ nights. Scott Dunn did not realize this promo, we pointed it out, and they tried to fib about the reason why they didn’t book that in the first place.

All around terrible experience. I would strongly discourage giving your business to this company.
