First and foremost, the location of Lanikai Lane Mobile Parks is unbeatable. Being just steps away from the beach meant I could wake up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. They recently undergone renovations to all their public spaces. The improvements were remarkable!
I highly recommend Lanikai Lane Mobile Parks to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-managed mobile home park in Carlsbad. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional staff, and a strong sense of community make it a truly special place.

We had very good experience, professional leasing and also affordable prices. I highly recommend this mobile home park for living and enjoying. Location was also good.

We move in a few months ago, the manager is very professional but friendly as well. He went beyond to make sure we were well inform and made the process as smooth as possible. Everyone in the area is super friendly and very welcoming.

Great neighborhood

The place looks ok... but the space rent is absolutely effing ridiculous

I used to live at Lanikai Lane. It was a great place to live. 4 years ago, the monthly land lease was raised to a value of $2500/mo. Now as of 2/24 it's $3175. This gradual increase is nothing more than an effort to systematically force out longtime residents and eventually sell off the entire property to the highest bidder. If you choose to buy here, know that you probably won't be able to afford it for very long.

The lease amount of $2500 a month, not including utilities, is way overpriced. The owners increase the rent 5% every year! The owners don’t put any money into the place with landscaping or paving the streets. The property management company was horrendous. I wanted to add a simple gate in my carport and they denied it.

Many can't maintain the ever increasing rent and have to sell quickly, the property owners buy your house, for 10-38,000 no matter what you paid for it, then rent it out for the 2400-2700 a month or sell it for about 3 times or more for what they paid for it by giving temporary lower rents. Homeowners are charge $300 more a month if they rent out their own property. Property owners can make deals with new owners that homeowners can't. There is no end to the rent increases. Unfortunately all they do to the homeowners is legal, and the owner's are here for the profit and could care less about homeowners welfare. This is cut-throat capitalism at its worst.

Management tows cars all the time, breaks their own rules, discriminates, does not trim trees, does not maintain driveways, violates rights to peace and quiet enjoyment. Raises space rent to the point where it is UNETHICAL. The location is great.Not worth buying in here because of the management.
