Home 2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces

I had a great time at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces. It's a 4.5 star hotel, but I would round up to 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. I especially liked that they used non-disposable plates and forks for breakfast. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but it wasn't a major problem.

Loved the stay here. The customer service staff were the best. Comfortable rooms, with cool technology. My son enjoyed the gym. I had a great weekend with the family in style. Family orientated was the best part.

If you're on the road traveling and you come by a home too sweets by Hilton Man, this place is an easy stop. It's so awesome! It's always clean. The staff is always great. You can't go wrong with this place when I'm traveling on the road by automobile I stop here.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for 1 night passing through to get back home. The location is great, the rooms clean and super nice, and the staff was nice as well. If I am ever passing back through Las Cruces I will stay here. Great experience! Great job Hilton and staff

Stayed here for a week while in the area for work. Really liked the room I was in. Worth the small price increase compared to cheaper hotels in the area. Not a lot in the area besides the university, but if you're staying somewhere this was a great choice for me.

Me and my family were in a car wreck, and my aunt got us a room at this hotel. The team members were very understanding of our predicament and did everything they could to make us comfy. I thank everyone we met at this hotel, and if I ever get stranded in Las cruses again, I'll know where to go.

After staying at 4 Home 2 Suites in 10 days, I can say I wish they all had the amenities of the Las Cruces location. Nice room layout, a cook top, and cooking pans. Good size fridge, lots of space for our stuff, and strong WiFi.

Only drawback to the whole experience was the super small pet area, but it was clean and stocked with pickup bags.

The whole property was well-kept, staff was kind and professional, and the free breakfast was nicely presented. Great location near lots of restaurants and easy access back on the freeway. Highly recommended 👌

Stayed for 13 days in September and October 2022. Staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Room was laid out nicely and had great "kitchen" with everything you would need to cook for yourself. (We didn't, but we enjoyed the large fridge and freezer for hotel)

Breakfast is served from 6-10 am allowing for early birds and late sleepers like us to partake in a wide variety of breakfast foods.

Swimming pool nice-a little cold in October, but to be expected.

They create a very homey atmosphere-guest all felt comfortable and in turn were friendly to one another.

Can't go wrong with this hotel. Located with easy access to freeways and nice restaurants.

We loved the suite. A full kitchenette makes such a difference. Chris checked us in & was very personable. When we encountered a minor problem with the mechanical shade he was very helpful & accommodating. Kudos to Chris for being so pleasant. The hotel was comfortable, clean & felt newish. Despite being adjacent to a major road we were not bothered by external noise at all. Surprised that we heard little “house” noise either. Breakfast was well done with waffles, cheese omelets as well as breads & bagels. As tea drinkers we were thrilled to find a nice variety to select from. Kudos too the breakfast staff for keeping the buffet full & cleaning up after some messy patrons. Bottom line is this place is worth the cost & the staff make for a pleasant atmosphere. We’ll pick this place anytime we’re in the area.

I stayed at the Home2 Suites in Las Cruces, for a little over 5 weeks, September/October 2022; while waiting for my home to be ready. It was an awesome experience. Everyone was friendly and nice, I never caught anyone having a bad day. The only problem was when one of the washers went out, it made it challenging to get laundry done. But the price for the laundry is awesome. My room was clean, quiet and it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed for one night to have a good rest before continuing our car trip. The pictures posted are true to the hotel. Great amenities. I got to experience the staff at night and in the morning and they were both fantastic, very amicable. Decent breakfast. For a good night of sleep and with family members it is a great option. Surrounding area has a variety of places to eat.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here at this location. We were driving through to Arizona. No complaints. We arrived after midnight, and the gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a hello and a smile. We've been traveling for the past few days and have gone through several states and have encountered many rude people along the way. 2 thumbs up for the front desk.
Rooms were clean with fresh blankets and sheets.
The bathroom was clean and well stocked with clean towels and toiletries. We slept in and didn't make it down for breakfast. This Home2 is located off the highway with plenty of food and store options. It seems like a safe place to stay at.

Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and dishes was so convenient. There's a ton of storage in the rooms and lots of counter space for everything. The breakfast had waffles, omelettes, egg biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Also delicious coffee! We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit on the spacious and comfortable patio. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a sign in the bathroom saying the room had been disinfected with Lysol cleaning practices so that was nice to know.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Hands down. Super friendly staff! Super nice rooms! Even better than any resort I've ever been to! If your coming to Las Cruces for your daughters softball tournament, come to stay at Home 2 Suites by Hilton! You won't be disappointed!! Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are so convenient and spacious. Loved that I didn’t need a plastic key card. I was able to use a digital key on my phone and was able to check in and out on the app on my phone. Highly recommend this place!

So many good things about this hotel.
Very clean. Extremely helpful staff. Good food. Lots of amenities in the rooms. Plethora of stores and restaurants nearby.
The rooms at the ends of the halls are HUGE and best for big families as opposed to a single person on extended stay.
We had an incident occur upon arrival that the management handled immediately and well.

We were stranded in Tucson because of airline cancellations and had just stayed at another Hilton in Tucson which we were very disappointed in. We were driving from Arizona to Missouri it was late, we were grumpy because of our flight. We decided to stop here even though it was a Hilton. It won us over from the minute we arrived. The staff was so very friendly, everything was clean and well kept. The room was huge, two queens plus a couch seating area, full kitchen with plates a big refrigerator and lots of room to spread out. The bathroom was very nice, clean with a walk in shower. We slept and left rested and our mood much improved.

I recommend this hotel. We will stay here again if we find our way back.
