Omega Bicycle Shop

I just had the best experience with Omega Bike Shop. I had a little issue with a back tire repair. They not only happily fixed the issue but did a few adjustments with my gears without charging me. I had some bent gears from a prior crash and they fixed me up! I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.

Made my first purchase today. Just some small items to replace a tube in my e-bike. I called ahead to make sure they had the right size and they were very pleasant to speak with and confirmed they had it in stock. For reference, same item from Amazon would have taken 4 days and was MORE expensive). Came in, employee (maybe owner) was very friendly and got me everything I needed. In and out within 5 minutes, all while smiling and being super helpful. My soon to be 4 year old is graduating his balance bike and we need his first pedal bike. Hoping to come back and do business with them again!

They fixed up my bike perfectly and on time. They were also very friendly. I will definitely be going to Omega bike shop again.

Just had a great first experience with Omega bike shop. Specifically the bike technician, Dakota. He helped me get my ultra tough tires off the rims of my ebike. Educated me on how I could do it on my own. And then gave me the option of setting up a protective skin for the wheel. This looks like an extremely well run place with real people inside.
I’m looking forward to coming back and showing them some of the bikes we own!

Just purchased two mountain bikes, repaired a third, and picked up a handful of accessories (pedals, helmets, etc). I could not have asked for a friendlier or more knowledgable staff, and the owner was thoughtful and personable. We have been to other bike shops in the area, and while their service and selection was decent, Omega will have my patronage for as long as they're in business.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! Run by an honest family man and his mechanic is GREAT! Military family and their commitment to the community shows every time you walk in the door!

Just got a new bike for my soon and they got me all set up for him to go racing for very little cost!

Went back and recently picked up a KHS Road Bike and he took care of my top to bottom and made the whole process very simple and friendly!

I would recommend this shop to anyone and know you are going to one of the best around!

I have been shopping at Omega for over three years. Their customer service is superb, they have some cool bikes in stock, and the mechanics do some solid work the first time.

I purchased a KHS gravel bike from them back in 2018. Frankie built my custom wheel set for the bike a few months later and 3 plus years later they are still true despite some hard hits and thousands of kilometers of riding.

Mark the owner runs a tight ship and you can tell he is passionate about providing top notch service to his customers.

If you need some work done on your bike or are in the market for a new steed you should definitely check out Omega Bicycle shop. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Came to get my sons bike fixed, but Mike pointed me in the right direction and showed us a variety of options you can't really find in too many place because everything is sold out. The customer service was on point and the prices are more than fair. We are very happy with our purchase.

Really great customer service! I went in once with a question in the end of doing an inspection on my bike and teaching me a few things. I just called to inquire about clip-in shoes and Ed was very patient and explained everything to me over the phone. He even offered to help further if I still have issues.

These guys are AMAZING! They did adjustments to my bike on the spot and were a total pleasure to work with. The cost was so small I thought he was joking. All my dumb questions were answered with the utmost professionalism and the fun loving humor sets these guys apart from the rest. So great! I almost can't wait to break my bike just to go back there...almost. Hands down the best experience I've had with any business lately!!!

We take our bikes here each time we’re in town. The prices are super reasonable and the customer service here always exceeds my expectations. Bryce was the mechanic that worked with our bikes over the past year and he went above and beyond in the repairs, explaining his work to us, and even letting me bring the bike back the next day when the air in my tire wasn’t holding. We’re so grateful for the level of service here and to have a go-to mechanic in the area!

My bike was experiencing some brake fade so I took it in based on a coworkers recommendation. Was very pleased with the service I received. Mike identified and fixed the problem quickly. Prices on parts and labor were extremely fair. Best part is I was in & out without being late on my lunch break. There was another employee working with other customers while I waited on my repairs. I overheard their conversation and it seems like these guys really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. They try to work with you and wont sell you any parts or services you don't need. Top notch bike shop! I will definitely be back.

Customer service is Excellent! I’m not an avid biker but I came to this shop in hopes they could take care of the brakes on my daughters single speed, and they had no problem helping me out! Picked it up in a couple days & they fixed her up great! I’ll certainly be back when it’s time for me to get a bike or any repairs. I don’t know where some of these reviews are coming from because these guys are amazing and certainly go above and beyond for their customers! To those negative reviews, Make sure you talk to someone that works for Omega, a lot of people hang outside the shop so maybe they got confused.

Great shop. Mark is always very helpful and assisting with needs. My kids enjoy the shop as well and there is never any issues with them looking at all the bikes and everthing on the shelves; not that my kids are bad but a lot of times when you show up to a place with 3 little kids the owners are more ready to get you out of the shop than anything else. Also needed some bike parts that Mark didn't have in stock and he recommended me to another place; he genuinely just wants to help the customers. Highly recommended.

My son outgrew his bike and a friend gave me theirs, but it had some major problems with the gears. I've heard good stuff about Omega, but it was awesome to experience it. Not only did I get a great price and quality work to fix it, but everyone there was honest about what work was ACTUALLY needed vs. unimportant sounds and cosmetic work. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning when I need further bike repairs.

Extremely happy with both bike service and customer service. The owner, Mark was very friendly and provided excellent product information. I changed my MTB tires to Road tires, along with a tune up. They had to order the tires due to the size (27.5, which is not common to change to road tires). There was an issue with the order, but Mark called me and informed me of the delay. Picked up my bike with the appropriate changes and a great tune up. I will continue to use Omega Bicyle shop as my one stop bike shop. Support small business!

In today's world of two day shipping and impersonal service, Omega is keeping it old school and I'll continue to support this local business. They are fully stocked with everything you need and most importantly care about the customer, honesty and integrity go a long way in my book. I took my bike in for a tune-up, picked it up the next day. After riding it I noticed there was still an issue, took it back and they quickly checked it out, found the issue and took care of it with no charge. Next time before going to the internet go to Omega, you'll be glad you did.

The valve stem of my inner tube starts leaking as we were heading out for a ride late in the afternoon / early evening. My wife calls around to find most shops closed but Omega says come on over, we'll fix it right now. 15 minutes later the inner tube is changed out and we're all set. They were courteous, polite, competent and very reasonably priced. This is the kind of shop that should be supported, I highly recommend them.

Took my new beach cruiser in for a new tube because the one Huffy put in during manufacturing was trash. Mark helped me and was very kind, helpful, skilled and knowledgeable. They had everything I needed. Great place for maintenance.

I came in earlier needing to get the tire on my jogging stroller fixed. There was a line outside due to covid 19and I had my 9 month old with me. The gentleman working approached me even though I was further back in the line stating how he could help and asked if I was okay with the wait (my baby was sleeping ). He was very courteous and even offered to allow me to sit inside so I didn’t have to stand while carrying him. They were very fast and friendly.
