Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, North San Diego

The service, atmosphere, amenities, and food were stellar. The beautifully fragrant flowers and landscaping were breathtaking. Everything was so intentional, from the fresh fruit and flowers in the room, to the strawberry lemonade welcome beverage at check in.

What a lovely place! My friend has a timeshare there and has been coming here for 30 years.

The decor is attractive, and I have to say, I loved the electric fireplace.

The kitchen had everything one would need. Though I have to say their restaurant is lovely and has excellent food.

There is also a small spa.

What a gorgeous property. We got the adjoining rooms with our adult kids which made our vacation great. Of course the staff was on point like only the Four seasons can do. Private beach for snorkeling and we saw a turtle.

Outstanding customer service, friendly staff. Miguel and Candy were very helpful during our stay.
We were slightly disappointed due to some room changes in one of the villas since we checked in one day later.
I’d like to suggest putting some hammocks at the balcony area.

We have had a great week here. The Grounds are beautiful. The staff has all been so helpful and kind. We are always greeted with a smile. The rooms are a nice size and make you feel at home.

If I could give 10 stars to this resort and experience I would. Alexis and the whole front desk staff was patient and very on top of everything as we had ALOT of check ins. Hunter and Elena at the bar were absolutely STELLAR to our entire wedding party. They were quick and so kind. Other guests were treating them like they were their personal bartenders and being almost impatient, but they continued to both do their jobs with a smile on their faces. The morning ladies Taryn and Isabella were also just amazing. They took such good care of the rambunctious early risers we all were feigning for coffee and breakfast. Last but not least management Jessica, Sydney, just WOW. From bringing the kiddos in our party little fun gifts to just being so understanding and helpful we couldn’t be more appreciative! Far exceeded any of our expectations and made our bride and all our of towners feel so relaxed. It’s going to be hard going anywhere else after this kind of amazing treatment. BEST resort in Carlsbad by far.

This was a perfect Valentine's Day lunch. Our Server was ultra attentive... we had wonderful cocktails, delicious appetizers (shown above), great entrees and wine and a light dessert. All in all this was the ideal spot for us on this afternoon... Bravo.

The management and staff at Four Seasons gave us an unforgettable and personalized experience. There is truly no other service that compares.

The mobile app is easy to use and communicate with the staff at any time (pre-stay, during stay and post-stay). The Check-out process was as expected - seamless and effortless. I just typed “check-out” on the chat within the app, and I was emailed the folio right away.

During our stay, Four Seasons surprised us every day. Beginning with our arrival, we were surprised with an upgraded room that had a gorgeous and picturesque view. Moments later, we received freshly made pastries, a bottle of Proseco and a strawberry cake pop that had a touching note by the Manager, Mathew. We had assistance with our luggage (thankfully because there are no elevators) as we were driving to the room. Someone was always willing to help.

As our week progressed, room service was efficient and shuttle services within the property were a joy - especially with Robbie, Jake and Diego. Being from the south, I got chilly with the wind in the evening. Robbie noticed so instead of taking the golf cart, he chose the van. The next time he picked us up, guess what he took? The van. It is details like these without saying a word that made us feel appreciated and noticed in the best way.

When we went by the pool, my daughter and I were looking at something dark at the bottom trying to figure out what it was before we got in. Without asking for help, the pool staff immediately asked if all was good and then brought a net to pick up what ended up being a black napkin. We thanked the staff and asked how he knew we were wondering what was inside and his response was “it was his job to know and take care of us”. The pool set up included various plush towels. Relaxing feeling!

I booked the first spa appointment for my daughter after her last soccer showcase and she had an experience to remember. First, we got greeted by the lobby staff wishing us a relaxing spa time after the shuttle service (how did they know?). The spa concierge attendant checked us in and handed the bathrobe, locker and slippers. Elizabeth was the aesthetician who had the softest hands, explained what would happen and made sure my daughter and I were comfortable. She made my daughter feel appreciated, and to our surprise, we arrived to our room to a fruit platter and thoughtful-inspiring card with a drawn soccer ball by Danielle - guest experience concierge. The spa later sent a couple of samples just like Elizabeth said.

Housekeeping and turn down service were fast and effective. I enjoyed their company as well and got to know more about San Diego.

The hotel has lush fields we used to practice soccer moves as we saw the beautiful horizon, sunset and felt the nice breeze.

On our last day, management sent another delicious fruit platter and a thoughtful card signed by the majority of the staff that had helped us. It was a touching and unexpected moment and we loved seeing the names of everyone that made us feel special.

Four Seasons provided the right environment that helped us achieve our goals in the soccer showcase and at the same time relax. They must have an integrated system that keeps EVERYONE aware of our requests, likes, dislikes and experiences because it was just seamless and personalized. They learned our preferences quickly.

To stay at another hotel where Four Seasons is not available will be challenging because they just raised the bar.

Beautiful and comfortable. The villas are very spacious, and have all the comforts of home. The restaurant is very good and the two pools are very nice and excellent bar service

Gorgeous property, beautiful rooms, "white glove" clean everywhere on the property. Every employee is amazing, kind, helpful and quick to respond. Beautiful views from our room. Great restaurant on site ("Seasons"...try it for Happy Hour!). We can't say enough good things about it. Truly, in this case, you get what you pay for.

I love this resort. We come here every few years. Of course, the four season services are always outstanding. I was especially impressed when they treated my young sons as adults with a lot of respects.

We had a great experience. The grounds are impeccable. It is a residence hotel so the rooms come will with a full kitchen and dining area.

Loved our time here at the Four Seasons Reaidence Club! The grounds are kept very nicely, clean, and quiet. Our unit was spacious and well appointed.

UNREAL! From the moment you walk in you are showered in exemplary customer service. We had dinner at the Seasons restaurant which was beautiful and the food and drinks were incredible! Marcos was our server and he was so charming, had perfect timing and made awesome recommendations. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for a week and felt like royalty. The staff cleans your villas twice a day. Every where you go you are greeted with welcoming smiles and asked if there if anything that can be done for you to make your stay more comfortable. When you check in they have a beverage and hot towel waiting for you. And the amenities were great, pools, spa, kids club, tennis, basketball, chefs table experience, surfing and the list goes on. Highly recommend this place for the experience. We will definitely be back.
