Villa Camino Apartments

I have had such a positive experience living here and have appreciated how quick Mayra the manager responds to any requests or issues. The maintenance team is always willing to help and get things done. I really appreciate this team it has been a great one.

This place is outstanding. Kitchen aid gas cooktop with a beautiful spacious refrigerator. Shower in the bathroom has amazing water pressure. The AC in the summertime is sooo cold I hate to step outside to warm up. The washer and dryer inside the unit was amazing. Sure beat having to hit the community laundry mat. Made it fun watching people carry the dirty laundry.
Saw a few coyotes carrying the locals pets but just assumed it was to play with them. Management was top notch. Only cost us $900 to paint walls we had 4 very small nail holes in
Didn’t need to roll up any sticky either as I got a great contact buzz off my neighbors.

The office ladies are wonderful. The residents are great and the maintenance gentlemen are exceptional. The layouts are modern and a must see! The cool breezes and location screams hidden gem. It was a pleasure to be here! Thank you all 😍

I've been renting a 1 bedroom here for a a year now, and am happy with both the quality of the apartment and the quality of the staff that work here. In these 12 months, none of my utilities, pipes, or furnished electronics (refrigerator, microwave, etc) have broken down or had any unexpected issues. The staff are also very friendly and willing to reach out to the community, such as providing all residents with apple/pumpkin pies for thanksgiving of 2020 for those that could not travel to see family, or in May 2021 when they hosted a community event BBQ for the residents. Additionally, any concerns or questions I have, either personal or relating to community commodities, brought to them are addressed promptly and in a timely manner.

The only negative thing I can say about the apartments is that the walls are not as sound-proofed as I would like. Ona few occasions I can hear my upstairs neighbors through my walls, either talking or moving furniture around. But, it has never gotten to the point where they are disturbing me at any point, just an observation.

Overall, a great place to live for the price offered with wonderful staff and commodities.

We just moved into this place and so far it’s the best! The people in the office are fantastic and are so nice and helpful!

Its Cosi cozy and very nice. it's got a great place for pool and other things good for kids it's surveillanced with the parking lot cameras are there available so that way all objects in cars are safe

Based on other reviews I guess the management and maintenance has improved. The parking on the side of the street really isn't their fault. Some residents have multiple cars and there are other houses near by and they too use the street to park their cars. Where I'm located there's always street parking. As for the plumbing issues, yes they turn the hot water off for "emergency leaks" much too often. It gets annoying, although once they reimbursed us $50 for one time but they should have reimbursed residents more than just once considering how consistent the "leaks" were. Personally I just think the complex is rigged with out dated plumbing and isn't doing it's job anymore. The staff I have met have always been polite and friendly. No issues there. There are groundskeepers who keep the place looking in order once a month or so. They remodelled a lot of apartments and are quite nice. Much more modern and clean than how they used to look. Giving a four star because I could and may renew my lease but it's not the dream place to live. It helps get you by while you're looking for something better down the road. Also, I wish they would do something about the people across the hall who are always smoking weed outside. It's getting a little annoying.

New resident— been here about 3 weeks. So far everything is good. Quiet neighbors and everything is in working order. The parking is a little wacky. They have very limited parking. It is a bit of an older building so things are outdated. But i don’t mind not having a dishwasher and i knew thing before signing. Other than that it’s great. Pet friendly, large yards, spacious, clean, and good water pressure.

Friend lives here, never had any complaints about it.
