Nike Factory Store - Carlsbad

This store has a variety collection of shoes. And, Ryan is so kind and especially helps us. We are very thank you for her. Good store!

I am so happy they brought this outlet store to Carlsbad! They have such great deals. The staff is amazing and helpful. Here people want to help you. The competitors with 3 stripes. The works just stand there chatting away. Here they are attentive to help! We came across a gal in the aisle. I wish we would have grabbed her name. She was busy and she willingly came over to help. She was so nice too! Then we came across Riley! That kid is going places! Super friendly. Polite and professional. Please send him my kudos!

I came in with a Christmas return, not having my order number, this was Friday , Jan 19th, 11 am ish. She was amazing.

My experience here at this Nike is amazing, literally out of every Nike store I have ever been to, this is my favorite one. The reason for this is the overall best deals you can find, I always end up finding something I like because it’s always really well priced and I just always like to see what new stuff comes up. They also have the best customer service, I had asked about a certain size in a Tech Fleece Hoodie and I immediately was assisted and it was all very helpful. Overall, id highly recommend this Nike to anyone in South California and I will definitely be coming back here soon.

Finally i was able to use a gift card i had been holding onto for 2. Copped sum shoes for me and gf. Trying to make her come up on her shoe game.

A lot of people complain about customer service here, but no one knows that I am the perpetuator of this chaos! As soon as I get inside, I grab a shoe, find an employee, and demand they look in back for a size 15. I repeat this process until misery has been sown.

Store is always pretty packed on the weekend but the shoes here always seem to be on sale when I go so the pricing is usually pretty good.

I found the salesperson/manager to be extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I was able to find the right shoes for my smaller foot, and she even provided tips on how to improve the fit. I bought three pretty and comfortable pairs of footwear. Thank you

This is a great outlet store and although the clothes and shoes are the same as any other Nike outlet store, the level of service offered here was different than any I have experienced at a Nike store. Hunter and Alessandra were the two associates that helped me in the store yesterday and I can’t say enough about how impressed I was by how willing both of them were to go above and beyond to make my shopping experience pleasant and memorable.

The store was clean, all of the associates were attentive, and they were able to order anything that wasn’t in stock. I couldn’t have asked for much more. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had at a Nike outlet, and actually the best experience I’ve ever had at a Nike store in general, including the Niketown Store in NYC. Alessandra and Hunter deserve to be recognized for their commendable service and I will definitely come back to the store because of my first experience I had with them.

7E3226: The store manager and the store clerk were both excellent and very helpful. We went there to return a pair a shoes that we bought a day before. We bought two pairs, a before to which one my granddaughter would like. So we brought back the one pair she did not or liked less. I forgot that I placed the receipt in my shirt pocket and thought that I either left it at home or in the car. The store manager made an exception take the return with searching the credit card record. The store clerk signed us up for their store membership which made us eligible for 30% discount. We ended up getting kids clothing for about 140 or so. They gave us additional discount because buying closer to my birthday. We end up spending only about $80 for clothing of about $150.

Was finally nice to get out and do some thing I need to do. One was a fun one.Gap! The young girl that helped me was so nice. She was able to let me exchange tow pairs of pants from Christmas. I wish I had gotten her name. 🙏

Awesome mall and lot to experience

Ended up here while on vacation and had the option of buying a cheap pair of shoes somewhere or paying more and supporting Nike in the midst of all the controversy. It was a no brainer for me. The very helpful staff went above and beyond to find me different shoe options in my size. Ended up finding the perfect pair in the clearance rack for a great price!

First time here in years and I must say, I was very impressed with the customer service!! The store was very busy, it was a Saturday and I actually expected a long wait for help. Right away, Darius answered my questions, helped us search for the shoe and when the store did not have these particular Kyries in stock, he quickly ordered them online for us and had them shipped to our home. We were in and out completely satisfied within 30 mins tops! Now that, was amazing!

I am impressed with this store. I'll actually shop here again. Great selection and affordable. Prices are much lower than road runner across the street.
