I've been to this pharmacy in the past and it has been challenging but today it was fantastic. Everyone was a joy and more than willing to help. A special shout out to Mary and Valerie. Even though the pharmacy was extremely busy (it seems like they always are), they went out of their way to help with a great attitudes!

The sweet young lady at the markup and beauty area. Long black hair. Always cheerful and so very helpful. Last four times I have been in beauty section she is always there immediately to answer any questions, maybe give me helpful hits or a free sample. she is just a delight.

Honestly … as much as people complain about this store … they do have to deal with a lot of people and transients being 24/7. However, the staff of Judy and Robert are stellar at all times. They both keep the place very clean and well maintained throughout for customer service too! Judy and Robert both deserve to be treated respectfully not bad mouthed. Now if you need your pills … ask for Shaun - he is the absolute and solely the best pharmacist in the whole county. All in all … this place deserves 6 stars for their performance and work ethic. Thanks all!

Claudia went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a charging cable for my phone and she helped me find one for a discount, and when the one with the discount was not available, she gave me the discount anyway. I'm very grateful for her kindness and I will tell everyone to shop here!

Karla helped me today. The phone was answered right away. She listened to a concern / negative experience I had at the other Carlsbad CVS location on 9/7/22 as I explained I mistakenly reviewed this location. I have since made the correction, including this review. Karla was awesome. And holy smokes! They answer their phone calls! I will go to this Carlsbad location from now on.

Used to be 24 hrs now it closes down for 2 hours in the middle of the night which I thought was odd cause the emoyees stay inside. I used to love when it was open 24/7 and I'd get off at 3am and shop here and then drive up to winco 5 minutes away also open 24/7 and still is if get all my shopping done within an hour and wouldn't have to deal with lines or people.
I gotta say though this is my favorite CVS the employees are All awesome the Oceanside Blvd location is a good one as well but not open 22 hrs like this one.

PHARMACIST Hassan is a great guy who after many disappointments, met 100% of my needs . A pleasant, helpful person. Thank you Hassan

Today, I walked into CVS in Carlsbad. knowing that what I was looking for was there, having looked it up online in advance. Carlsbad is a 10 mile drive from home. I walked right to where it was supposed to be and drew a blank. I couldn’t see it. Then a store employee asked if I needed help finding what I was looking for. At first I said something incoherent but then I told her what I was looking for. She walked over, and found exactly what I was looking for. It wasn’t hidden or anything, it was just one item among many similar items. But the story is; the employee was absolutely perfection in her handling the situation. Later I learned she is the manager and watched as she assisted (trained) an employee on the checkout register, again everything was exactly as it should be. She is amazing. I’m a terrible customer, I didn’t get her name, but if I lived closer, this would be where I shop.

I wanted to acknowledge the awesome service I received from this CVS. I desperately need 13 balloons and the party city across the street had unexpectedly closed. They were slammed and with no problem they were happy to fill the balloons for me. Juliette was truly an awesome associate.

It's good store overall with helpful staff. One of the cashiers, Constance, is particularly helpful and friendly. I would recommend it, but if you are going to the pharmacy, don't go on Friday afternoons. They can get backed up. Otherwise, you can usually get in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The automated cashier machines were not working well for awhile, but now seem in order. Great if you need to pop-in for one item and don't want to stand in line.

This has been my pharmacy for the last two years. I just got back surgery 3 weeks and stopped in to get my post operation prescriptions and I was in a lot of pain. Joyce at the pharmacy rushed my filling of the prescriptions and took great care of me that night! Its a good pharmacy and she really makes it great there!

Recently brought my elderly moms' prescriptions over to this location. Too many issues with Rite Aid pharmacists. I've been utilizing this CVS pharmacy for several years. The best pharmacy department and employees! Most store clerks are very friendly. Great stuff to shop for as well... thanks guys!!!

I walked inside the cvs and adrian instantly greeted me and was incredibly kind. It felt nice and he should be recognized for that. 5/5 store and service

I have never had issues with the pharmacy at this location and the staff are always helpful. I appreciate how easy my experience has been coming to this store for the past 5 years.

The Carlsbad CVS pharmacy has continually provided excellent service. The staff is efficient, courteous and caring. Sylvia Chambers is a great example of someone who always provides top notch service with a smile!!!

Marc, Eric and Aaron (Erin, cool dude with the pony tail. Not sure how to spell his name). All very friendly. Marc remembers his regulars and makes them feel at home. And also with new people engages them and cares about the customer and about the building. He’s very friendly and feels like one of the homies when I walk in. He should get a raise or promotion. Idk lol. But all great dudes! Keep up the great work!

I want to thank Claudia at CVS Carlsbad for letting exchange an item that I bought and when I got home I realized that I had bought the wrong item and she was kind enough to let me exchange it for the right item.

Spoke with Angelica & she was professional, eager to help & gave several options. Most importantly she was very kind. Thank you Angelica😊 CVS please give this young lady a raise!!

Although there is always a line, it’s open 24 hours a day. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They deliver for free. Great service.
