Great Customer Service, with high integrity. Went in for a brake change expecting a need for all 4 brakes to be replaced they not only replaced my brakes but informed me the other set were good. Most shops in my experience in the past will just replace all 4 without letting you know the actual condition. Great work and happy customer will always return

Beto is a very pleasant driver/mechanic who was diligent in servicing my car with my tune-up and oil change needs. He drove me home and picked me up. He was very informative as to what my car will need done in the future.

Anibal from Oceanside came out to help me today with a lockout. As soon as he came on the scene I felt completely relieved that I was in good hands. He was cheerful and had a highly optimistic attitude about finding my car keys (which I thought I had misplaced in the car). After we looked and didn't find them in there, he took the extra time to stay with me to help turn off the alarm and get ahold of the information I needed to create an electronic key for the car in case I ever got locked out again. Everything he said and did was helpful and more than effective at putting me at ease. We found the keys! Anibal and Oceanside were there for me and really helped me out of a desperate situation when I had no other options left.

Luis was very helpful! We were visiting from out of town and our car broke down. Brought it in and he quickly fixed it up so we could get back on the road. We were greatly appreciate and lucky to have used Oceanside Auto!

I had a check engine light on and was informed by Justin about how to get rid of it. Also my 2018 Ford Flex was in need of other basic repairs. The intake was immediate and they charged nothing for the diagnostic. I was phoned the same day with recommendations and cost which was very reasonable. I got important repairs done and my vehicle is running good as new. Oceanside Automotive also has financing options and discounts available on.some basic repairs. If you need repairs there's almost nothing they can't fix. Call and ask for Justin or Luis. Thank you

Luis and company are great. They are definitely fast and professional.

Justin was very good and made sure they covered everything that needed to be done on my car. They were very fast and completed everything in less than 3 days even though I had them add a brake job on the day I was there to pick it up ....2 hours later it was all done!

Every staff member was helpful and kind. I had called the day before due to a brakes issues and got an appt the next day. The staff was quick and Justin was very helpful and honest with the recommendations for my car.

We had a SMOG inspection on two vehicles. Made an appointment and inspection was done in a courteous and timely fashion.

Had a cylinder misfire causing the car to run rough and stutter. I replaced coil pack and spark plug myself, but did not fix. Took it to Oceanside Automotive and they found a wiring harness that was not fully engaged. They fixed and I was back on the road. Great service and diagnostics!

Justin was very friendly and attentive. He explained the results of the extensive courtesy inspection and what maintenance will be required based on the results. He provided an estimate of the recommended maintenance and didn’t pressure me into having the recommended maintenance performed. Thank you Justin.

Called and made an appointment for the very next day. The service was done in a timely manner and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I went online and saw they had a coupon off labor charges so I paid about $90 for an alignment and tire rotation. The man who helped me was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 recommend
