Jonathan and Noah and whole staff we would recommend to all families having a difficult time trying to lay their loved one to rest. The package deals for cremation or burial blew all offers out of water. We were financially unprepared and the East County Mortuary worked with us by providing us with time to raise funds. My Dad’s highlight was to ride the white hearse carrying my mom’s body to the gravesite. Everything was simple and peaceful. That’s exactly what we wanted. God blessings be upon Noah and his Team! We’re grateful and thankful!

On behalf of My Dad and family we couldn’t be more thankful/grateful, during thee most heartbreaking moment of loosing our beloved Mom how Noah and his amazing crew stepped up and made our load that much easier and loving to lay our QUEEN2rest!!! I don’t typically leave reviews but I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the staff. I believe his name was Brenden and he was very considerate towards our family. He talked to us with such courtesy and understand what we needed to say our final goodbye to our baby. It’s very hard having to say goodbye to a loved one but he has taught me to think about all of the amazing memories we did have with our baby boy. We are so honored to have Brenden to walk us through all of the amazing resources that were provided both before and after. Thank you for making sure we are okay as it means a lot to me and our family.

It is amazing to me how she can be this amazing soul. She treated our family with utmost professionalism while having the biggest heart and kind eyes. Her words are soothing and just what one needs during the worst time imaginable. I will leave you with anyone will be honored if they should have Kristy handle your family member. You can count on her during a rough rough time.

Noah was extremely respectful of our needs and when others said it would take 1-2 weeks to get paperwork in order, he did it in two days. No false sympathy but genuine respect and understanding of our needs. I highly recommend. He is straight clear honest... and takes care of things very efficiently.

Kristy is the most compassionate person you could hope to have taking care of a loved one. She lovingly puts her incredible skills to use to make your loved one look natural and could not be a more kind and thoughtful artist. It's a painful time when you lose someone but the sensitivity and care she provides takes some of the stress out of the process. There's no one else I'd trust this much with a loved one.

On top of the tremendous grief that comes with loss of a mother, handling the final arrangements can be a tremendous weight filled with blinding heartache and questions about the next steps in the process . But during all this I felt guided and I felt like my family was being cared for through this time. I would like to especially mention this young man named Brenden, they are truly blessed to have him on their staff. He made the process a lot smoother, he answered our questions with knowledge and empathy. We were able to solely focus on our grief which leads to healing. I will never forget what this young man said to me right before the service he said grief is the price we pay for love. That statement from Brenden really helped me press through. My family and I would like to thank the mortuary and Brenden especially for everything.

I have to take the time to review Kristy Oliver at East County Mortuary for taking such good care of my father in law when he passed away. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this before and was very nervous. Kristy Oliver made our entire family feel at ease and extended herself to each one of us with her deep compassion and kindness. She was able to capture my father in laws living nature so beautifully I was put at complete ease and found peace. Hello I’m writing this to say our family was amazed by the way our Sister, Sister -N- Law , Mom , Daughter and Granddaughter looked so at peace the young lady that did the makeup and hair etc was fantastic. It's not something you want to talk about..... first because if you know alot it means you've gone e through it .alot. But my experience with East County mortuary was the best I could ever imagine. NOAH. Was the perfect person for me. He did everything possible to help me get through my brothers death,... He helped me through paperwork, pictures. Obituary,and tears. What an awesome human. Noah was recommended to us from our auntie . When we had our appointment with him he explained everything from start to finish . When we as family decided to get our dad transferred to his mortuary they took great care of our father and being able to see our father before his funeral gave us some peace . Noah throughout this whole process communication with us checking in us asking if we needed anything going above the call of duty for us was so much appreciated it . I've never left a review before.. especially for a Mortuary but I felt like I had to.. just to let everyone know their loved one is in good hands.. The care and professionalism of the staff here is just.. very touching. They will always be my first choice for my family.
