I wanna give trinity funeral service's 5 star. Patrick was amazing awnserig all my question and help me on this difficult time. Thank you so much for everything. The Prices and customer service was amazing.

Patrick was amazing, answered all my text’s promptly(even late at night and on the weekends) with the thousands of questions I had. He was knowledgeable and quick to get everything done. He also made everything so easy sending the documents for e signature so I wouldn’t have to go down to the funeral parlor. I couldn’t be more happier in such a bad situation(as weird as that sounds) When I came to pick up the urn of my momma he was friendly and the office was nice and clean. Prices can’t be beat for the customer service he offered. Other funeral homes were around $2000 for the same service they offered, and the other funeral homes were rude and did nothing but try and sell me stuff I didn’t need. Patrick went above and beyond and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Hopefully will not have to use these kind of services ever again, but if i do I will be calling Patrick. Thank you trinity!

Trinity is affordable and their staff is professional! Everything was explained to us ahead of time. When my mother-in-law passed and was to be picked up, the gentleman who came for her was very respectful and sensitive to our feelings. He was gentle with her and with us. We appreciated this so much since we were heartbroken. The whole process was seamless and helped reduce our stress during a very emotional time. We recommend Trinity Funeral Services. Thank you!

Jennifer was so easy to work with. Deciding what to do with your loved one’s remains when they hadn’t left instructors can be difficult. Jennifer was very direct and straightforward in explaining our options and the costs involved. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises or hidden fees. It was a comfort during our time of mourning to work with someone who knows their business so well.
My only critique is that it wasn’t clear from the website that we should have made an appointment before going to the office.

P.S. I’m writing this review a full year after using Trinity for a family member’s cremation. I randomly came across the business card and felt compelled to share my experience. It was such an easy process during such a difficult time and we were grateful.

Unfortunately my family has had to use their services 3 times in the last 2yrs and they were so kind and understanding. Jennifer was so nice to us each and everytime. Thank you for making this portion as easy as possible for grieving families.

I had a wonderful experience with Trinity funeral. The price was within my budget, because dads death was unexpected and he died without life insurance. The staff was awesome and very nice to me and my family during this difficult time. I highly recommend this company. For everyone.

I was incredibly pleased with their services. I unfortunately had to cremate my dad very unexpectedly and had never been through this process before. They (Patrick in particular) were very helpful. Prompt responses. And so professional and kind. I am so glad I was referred to them.

My mother passed away from COVID-19 in July, Trinity took care of my mother’s services, in regards to cremation, and released the remains to another family member before receiving payment for her services. However, once Trinity received my mother’s insurance policy, they released the remaining funds to another family member, who was not listed as a beneficiary- I was. After speaking to the director, she confirmed the remaining funds would be dispensed to a non-beneficiary, which is against the law. It’s amazing how a professional business like this would deliberately go against the wishes of the deceased, and have a total disregard for the law.

This place is completely cold and unprofessional. My fiance suddenly passed away from hogkins lymphoma, unexpectedly on May 9th this year. He was 34 and nobody knew he was sick until it was too late. His mother and I are not familiar with any of this process, nor are we in the proper frame of mind to be yelled at, interrupted, or belittled. There is a rude employee there named Jennifer. She used inapropriate educate when she unsympatheticly lost her temper and raised her voice at my mother in law. Then she did it again to me when I called, three days later. It's almost like we are trapped in a horrible nightmare. Fact is after we raised all but $220 of the total cost through "go fund me". He has been on "standby"; in a "freezer" and we can't do anything because we had to get help from a charity to finish payment.

Because they were closed on Tuesday of this week, I completed the cremation forms online and emailed them back to Trinity. Never heard a word back from them, and it's been 4 days.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE MY BROTHER PASSED 1/1/21. I DID NOT GET CALL TILL LIKE 4 DAYS LATER.. BECAUSE VETERANS OFFICE SAID WE HAD TO PAY N C IF WE GET REIMBURSED, I DOUBT IT.. ANYWAY CREMATION IS SUPPOSE TO B 548 TO 620..I ORDERED 1 EARN THAT WAS NOT PLAIN LIKE THE ONE THEY GIVE U.. REMIND U IM DISABLED N I GET A QUOTE OF 700+ , BUT WEN I GOT TOTAL IT WAS 900.00 N HAD TO PAY TO BRING HIM HOME.. TILL THIS DAY NO FLAG NO DEATH CERTIFICATE!!!

They tend to harass you when you're most likely trying to mourn the loss of a loved it's very annoying let someone find there mental state first 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

Worst ever. Communication is TERRIBLE, and SHOULDN'T be during hard times for families.
