Kaiser Permanente Carlsbad Medical Offices

I Had a routine eye exam at Carlsbad facility this morning. Check in was timely and the Dr did a tremendous job. I really felt heard and she went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed including family history. Bravo Kaiser. I’ve been a member since 1995

I am very impressed with Kaiser S. California. Specifically, Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Marcos. The facilities are beautiful, clean, organized and managed well. A big difference than N. California. Dr. Emily Newman and staff are so upbeat, kind, caring and professional. Dr. Newman gave great advice.

Went to this facility. Despite it being lunchtime and not having an appointment,
I didn’t have to wait, I was checked in immediately and was taken care of in the nurses clinic a few minutes later. Staff and nurses were friendly and professional. Thumbs up KP and the Carlsbad Team….oh and plenty of parking!!!!

Excellent-I was helped right away and directed to the right area for my appointment. Lots of parking , all on ground level.

Saw my new Doctor for the first time today. Dr. NEWMAN SUMNER. She was AMAZING! LOVE KAISER PERMANENTE!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Kaiden is a great doctor who always takes his time to listen to my concerns and responds very effectively. Always a pleasure.

The gentleman at the front desk and my doctor are very nice and it is always nice to see familiar faces. Crystal was, also very friendly and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns, in choosing the right glasses. I really hope that she will be there, for a long while. Crystal's knowledge, expertise and fashion sense are highly appreciated.

This is the best (quickest) lab I have ever used. Excellent, friendly service. Pharmacy is great too. So much faster than the San Marcos lab and pharmacy.

I love Kaiser, have had them for over 10 years. Always, professional, friendly, respectful. Online services easy to use and their on-line information very helpful. Text reminders are appreciated. Thank you Kaiser

Kaiser is King. The ease of using the online platform, with all its many unique features, significantly reduces the odds of you not following through with caring for yourself. You can simply upload pictures meet with doctors and nurses straight from the comfort of your own home or any vacation destination in the world. The incredibly talented and brilliant individuals who are staffed by Kaiser , are professional, positive, friendly, and really care about you. Don’t expect perfection, anywhere ever, but Kaiser comes dangerously close.

I've come here a few times now. The area is really nice and open. The turning to get in is a little troublesome but that doesn't take away from the actual place. I have also never had a problem finding parking close to the entrance. My mom is a patient here and she loves her doctor. She's had to go to quite a few of the department's and I've been with her. The front desk staff has always been very warm and welcoming. The wait has never taken longer than 20 minutes. The pharmacy always has a bunch of pharmacists working so you can be in and out in 10 minutes with your medicine.

Great location. It is a very spacious Kaiser. I have come here many times before. I mostly been here to take my mother. This location offers no emergency treatment. It is well maintained in regards to cleanliness and service. The Doctors that have treated my mother here are fantastic. Overall it is a great Kaiser and very convenient.

I love this place...seriously everyone is just so darn happy. :) My favorite physician is Dr. Tommy Le. What a pleasure to be a patient of his. He listens - truly listens and it shows. This is a delightful place to receive my labs my prescriptions and my health care services. Bravo Kaiser on your Carlsbad culture.

Great place. Kaiser is a breeze to schedule appointments with either over the phone, online, or through the app (my preferred method). My doctor, Dr. Maxon, is an awesome physician who takes time to understand your background and health issues--its nice to not feel rushed when you are talking with your physician.

If you need a rx, Kaiser has their own pharmacies to fill them. Also, its located right downstairs and is usually pretty quick and painless to get it filled.

If you are looking for good health care and are unsure of what company to go with, I would highly recommend Kaiser and all of its team members.

On the phone they told me where to go for the nurse's clinic, but they did not tell me to check in first at the primary care reception. Luckily there was an employee ago in the waiting area to help me. She directed me to the aforementioned office above. Check in was painless. Waited about 5 minutes once checked in. The nurse that helped me was very friendly and efficient.

Probably the best Kaiser Permanente facility I’ve visit not necessarily for the infrastructure but actually the quality of doctors & staff - everyone is so kind, helpful and professional! Dr. Le in particular, gave me all resources I needed to know about KP services! Wonderful service all up!

Fastest lab EVER. In and out in 10 minutes, and the ladies were extremely nice. Never thought I'd rever a Dr's office/lab but here we are haha.

This is the best HMO . Dr. Esquenazi , my primary physician provided referrals to specialists within 2 days maximum. Most of the time, I get same day approval. Other HMOs usually take 5-10 business days.

Overall pretty much I’m very satisfied it

I visited the optometry department and it was well organized and easy to check in. Lovely staff and doctors as well.
