Lindo Lake County Park

I've always loved this place. Brings back good memories and making more with my family.
Great place to feed ducks (please no bread) and to go on a pleasant, beautiful walk.

Get away from that bustling city..Pack up a lunch and head out to Lindo Lake. Take that nature walk and, just enjoy the time. We did, so yes we'll be back... And yes we did return..posted updated pics..

Great park for walks along the paths around the lake, exercise equipment, playground for the kids and lots of shade. There's also a skatepark and tennis courts along with a grassy baseball field with picnic benches. The newer area of the park has small lookout points overlooking the lake and wooden walls with peek areas for bird watching. Come check out our park.

Beautiful sunny day! Went for a nice walk around the lake with my family for the 4th. Very satisfied with how they are taking care of the area. Nice trial and playground. Lots of places along the trail to sit for a break. Ton of parking available. Very clean bathrooms

A true gem of the east county, possibly all of San diego County. Ths lakeside attraction has everything you could want from a park, plus so much more.

Ample and I mean ample tables for parties spread all over.

Gazebos yeah several of those. Great for birthday parties, events, even perfect for weddings.

Dog park, and walking trails,

Skatepark with full empty pool.

Tennis courts.

Massive walking trails around the picturesque lake.

Rare birds for bird watchers and nature lovers.

Even a grocery store across the street, and tons of organizations have clubhouses right on the edge.

You can spend all day at this place and still have stuff to do the next day. It may not be Disneyland but my kids actually had more fun at this park than at Disneyland.

A beautiful place to hang out. Whether taking a walk around Lindo Lake or watching the wildlife do it's thing.

There is plenty of shade and seats scattered throughout the park. A small playground for kids and a skatepark nearby. There are also a ton of different birds there, so cool!!

A nice place to spend the afternoon and take a stroll.

The recent expansion has really added to the already beautiful landscape. It's a great place to get some fresh air, walk your fur baby or have a picnic. There's also a skate and outdoor gym area... Definitely an East County gem!

Great park!!! We brought duck feed and the ducks, geese, and various birds flocked to us. Kids had a blast playing at park with the other kids. Beautiful views all around.

Great nature trails, HAS BIRDS. A LOT OF BIRDS (at least the morning I went, pretty chilly and rainy with overcast. I think the birds liked it. Idk tho, I'm not a bird so I can't force quacks from their beaks). Has public restrooms, info signs, water fountains with the bottle filler, gazebo, tennis courts, skatepark and that's all around a nice little trail filled with nice people enjoying their morning.

They're always making improvements to the trail and Lindo lake as a whole. Very happy to see the progress it has made as I was born and raised in Lakeside. We need a good shade sail over the large playground that splits the 2 lakes!

I have grown up next to this park my whole life. It was pretty bad at one point and I didnt go often but now it's gotten really nice again. The lake has refilled and even the algae in one lake seemed to be clearing up a little bit. It's a beautiful lake to walk around if you want to go for a walk. There is a playground for kids, a gym area to work out, tennis courts and even a skate park.

Always love going here and listening to all the ducks. Great place to go biking walking jogging running skateboarding roller blading and more
The skate park might seem intimidating at first but a lot of the people there are kind and willing to help you learn
Recently underwent a huge remodel and they now have loads of new flowers and better paths

I recently discovered this beautiful park through my extended stay at Lakeside.
I find it very pleasant and comfortable enough to do some meditating, and grounding under the trees. The scenery there is perfect.
It's to bad that the old Lakeside Inn that stood on the park was torn down.lt would have added the perfect scenery of day's gone by.
It's also a great place to take a dog,as long as it's on a leash no one bother's you.
Looking forward to many more visits.

First time walking my dog at Lindo Lake and we loved it! Nice flat wide walkways, clean, plenty of parking and with beautiful views of the lake. Easy mile walk with my Lab. We will come back for future walks!

Such a lovely place to visit just white folk kept looking like its their backyard and saw us lol

Really enjoy this lake😊 we bring wild bird seed to feed the birds and critters. The kiddos love the huge playground and the little ones love the small gated playground right near the lake... Wish there was more signs explaining that you're not supposed to feed the birds bread... There was soooo much bread in and around the lake... With a rec center, skatepark, library and walking path around the lake, this place is fun for ALL AGES and the birds are not aggressive towards humans..

LINDO LAKE is one of the hidden gems of Lakeside. Come listen to the geese squaking, the
Deafening sound of peace. Enjoy a sub from Jersey Mikes!! Watch the peacock 🦚 spread its feathers into a glorious bouquet. You'll be amazed at the different species of birds that fly in and out of the lake mallards you ask. Yup Lindo has mallards, pigeons. Blue Jay's crows
Bring your camera! Take photos of the Robbins, woodpeckers.Just don't litter in this beautiful hide away place!! Dog friendly, romantic location. Bring a date, walk the lake. Nearby there's a skate park. Bring your skateboard If you enjoy shooting hoops. There's hoops for you! Hoop you take advantage of this beautiful location. Have a BBQ at one of the many BBQ 's located around the park. Drive slowly because there are geese
Walking around. Come, enjoy... but don't litter with your trash or with your noise.
