I recently purchased shoes from sales person @ Charming Heels 👠 , and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received. The representative was incredibly attentive and polite throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes. Kudos to the outstanding service at Charming Heels in San Diego! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this store. They have a huge selection of every shoe that's in style. They also have a children's shoe store across from the movie theater in the mall. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable about women's current shoe trends. The sales make it impossible to leave with just one pair and in this economy.. it is a must stop.

Came into charming heels today , amazing customer service! These young ladies are so helpful and so is the gentleman. Amazing prices as well , if you had a bad experience you must of been having a bad day then ;)

I would like to say I had a great experience in this store all I had to do was ask if I could get some help finding heels for this wedding date I had and this extremely kind man came up and helped me get what I needed and get out and I got lots of wonderful compliments for the style of heel he chose to

Super great place to find seasonal shoes. I went when it opened up and the owner was the one who helped us out. Great service and very affordable.

My wife found some sandals that she really liked at a reasonable price.

The girl who helped me was cool, fun, and sweet. I got good deals on two pairs of sandals. The store was clean. I would shop there more I also like it bc I find shoes that are narrow enough to fit right.

Wow! I just had a horrible experience with an employee named George. We had a nice conversation a few months back about Charming Heels selling some American made shoes. George told me to come back and make an exchange, when I was ready and when they might have more American brands in stock. I came back,” today, and George acts as if we didn’t have a relatable conversation before. He said I was causing trouble… when I only came to make an exchange and shop. I am super confused by this interaction and this has left a nasty taste in my mouth about this store. I agree with a previous comment, that if you are a small business, treating customers so poorly, can never be an option… especially if they come in nicely and ready to spend money! Horrible customer service. The man "helping" was rude, a couple of months back he was very attentive asking us to come back because he had just opened his store. I should've never came back honestly I will rather take my business somewhere else, it's a shame that as a small business he can't have better customer service. There's different ways of asking people to be patient maybe with a please instead of pointing out how many people he has waiting on him. The one star is only because it won't let me leave 0.

Recently walked in the store to look around and they bug you and follow you around and don’t let you shop in peace specially the older men gives out creepy vibes

I shopped there three weeks ago for a shor pair. The girl, one with long fake lashes, lots make up, short, and loud said that i can return them within one month with receipt and it no receipt then 3 days. Went back home and shoes were super uncomfortable in the front, of course never worn then outside and were clean. I took them to the store two weeks later because i was got into labor 3 days after buying them, and the same girl sAid that they don’t do returns only exchange or store credit. I said fine wtever i’ll do store credit shoes are unwornable, she typed something in the computer anf then said that they can’t do store credit or exchange either because the policy says is one week only. She lied to my face to make a commission off the shoes or wtever but they lied. Terrible experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND

The owner of the store is a male who treated me rude and yelled at me in front of my kids. He didn't appreciate that I needed to return my little girls shoes. He helped other customers before me and I felt threatened being in his store. I would never go to that store to purchase any item. He made me and my kids feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Super rude. Tried on a couple heels to find one I liked and found two I wanted. One of the booties had a chip in the foam on the side so I asked if they had another pair but they didn’t in my size so I said okay. I was curious if they would give a discount and I got told “all the boots are already discounted right now you don’t need an extra discount on top of it. You’re lucky we even have your size.” (I’m a size 9) I was aware they had a sale on all their booties available but the one pair I wanted was chipped so I thought they would knock a few dollars off but I didn’t expect them to. I would've been okay if he had been kind about it but I ended up leaving with nothing and bought similar boots for cheaper a few stores over. Definitely will not be coming back
