Best deep tissue massage I have ever had with Thanya. I am a long-distance runner and have struggled to find the right masseuse who I willing to use enough pressure to help keep me running at my best and without injury. Thanya is that masseuse.

Pure Life Thai Spa-What a hidden gem! I just had the best massage of my life by Grace at Pure Life Thai Spa! I went here as a whim; they have been in the Cardiff neighborhood for years, but since the building is a bit non-descriptive, it’s easy to pass by and not take notice of. Not anymore! They are happily now on my radar, so I wanted to give a proper shout-out to encourage others to give them a try. Once you do, I’m confident they will become a must-have in your self-care routine. They are lovely, pricing is very reasonable, and their place is immaculate and very calming and inviting once you enter the door. Thank you Pure Life, I feel so restored and shiny!

This is by far the best massage experience in San Diego County. This facility is meticulously maintained and the environment is calming. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. All therapists demonstrate their expertise of human anatomy and will tailor the massage to meet your needs. The thai massage is well worth your time. Do not miss the opportunity to have this massage experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. Received a gift certificate for here at a school district event (Good on them for supporting local schools!), and was very happy to find that the service and massage was fantastic. Highly recommend the Thai massage, very relaxing, soothing, and refreshing. Helped with muscle soreness as well. Masseuse was very attendant as well: asked if there were any specific areas to focus on or avoid, made sure I understood things, etc.
Venue was also pleasant; rooms were very nice and atmosphere was positive. Great pricing as well!

The BEST!!! I have been to many different massage places and this by far exceeds them all. Bebe is amazing and knows exactly the triggers points of where to massage. You can tell these massage therapists are experts at what they do. It truly shows in their work from start to finish. Thank you Pure Life, I'll be back.

I absolutely love this place. They offer the best massages in San Diego and the owner and team are all so sweet. They have done a wonderful job staying sanitary with the new 2020 restrictions and I feel very safe while getting a great massage. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

Great prices with discounts for paying cash. Usually openings are available on short notice. If everything is booked they will call you back if an opening occurs. Everyone there is very nice. The therapist are very good. I love having my back walked on. Though it is small this place is always very clean as well. They sell Butterfly Pea Flower Tea which is hard to find elsewhere 🦋

Wonderful experience. Thai massage with Tanya was truly the bodywork and tension release that I was looking for. She walked on my back and darn well adjusted me like a chiropractor.

Can't share enough positive feedback about this place! First of all, it's so clean!! You are kindly asked to take off your shoes upon entering. Walking barefoot along the corridor and not a GRAIN of sand or dirt to be found. The rooms are cozy, dimly lit and have a better ambiance than most large-scale luxury spa settings. A quick questionnaire helped the therapist identify areas I wanted her to focus on and or stay away from. The service was OMG, impeccable! I schedule massages fairly regularly and have been blessed to have had massages from places like Omi Resort and Spa in La Costa, chain locations like Massage Envy, boutique spas like Lemongrass Salon and Spa in Encinitas, as well as aboard in Gold Coast, Australia. Given the variety of locations and levels of price, this one may be one of my favorites so far! The Thai massage style is just such a deeper level of restoration for your body. Highly, highly recommend! Oh, and you cannot beat the price. Insane for what you get. Tip generously :) There is a lot of energy that goes into these massages. Pure Life Thai Spa is a wonderful place to relax. I like everything. The aroma massage is great. What I like the most about the place is that when I go in is so quiet everybody talks so calm. Very different from those other spas... Too crowd, too noisy.

I love this place because every masseuse is reliable and good at their job. I know I can call and confidently book the next available appointment with whomever is available and will get a great service. Been going here for about 5 years now.
