Love this place.. excellent food especially cheese cakes.. they are super yummy.. love their Mac n cheese from kids menu too ;)
Always crowded with minimum 15 mins wait but it's worth it .
Must visit.
I have tried their chicken sandwich, mac n cheese, penne pasta, fish n chips .. all were good..

I had the largest salad I've ever seen served in a restaurant as well as a yummy lower calorie cheesecake! Both were excellent!

The food was excellent! It was very busy and it didn't take long at all for our order to arrive. You can't skip dessert here.

I went to the cheesecake factory for brunch and it was delicious. Had a lemon ricotta pancake and eggs benedict with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce. It was not very busy I got there at 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had such a yummy meal here a few weeks ago. Tried the new Avocado Tacos and they were so yummy — 10/10 recommend getting them. It was also a super busy night, lots of people around but they got us seated within minutes. Our waiter (Kaleb) was super nice and attentive. Very pleasant experience.

My family and I absolutely love dining here. The menu options are consistently delicious, and the staff are always wonderful. What truly sets this place apart, though, is how welcoming and accommodating they are to our little ones. With a baby and toddler in tow, dining out can be a challenge, but every visit here has been a positive experience.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure we have a great time, and that's not something we take for granted.
We can't recommend this place enough - great food and exceptional service!

The portions are large, service was good and free parking at the mall.

Actually one of the best experiences I've had at the factory! All around great, from the time we entered our name to getting a text that our table was ready 10 minutes, time it took to be seated and our ordered placed, less than 10, time our food arrived was another 10-15...and the placed was packed full, so that tells me that EVERYONE was on top of their game! We left 25% tip bc of that! Highly recommend this location!!!

By golly you can't go wrong with everything here. For a goofy name it sure is beautiful inside the Alderwood location. We had dinner across the way (unfortunately at PF Changs) and ran over for dessert to save the night. We devoured three cheesecake slices between the two of us. Chocolate Hazelnut, Godiva Chocolate and Black Cherry....omg! Update 2024...still great food and dessert. To top it off our serve Chris had a personality befitting of a fun restaurant. We did three cheesecakes for the two of us again. Same ones but we did the Mango Keylime, too. I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken shrimp gumbo. I have a sesame allergy and Chris made sure none of my dishes had it even though the ingredient wasn't listed. My passion fruit mojito was strong and refreshing. I love the skinny menu.

I’m sure there is a reason that I don’t understand. But the reservation system they have in place is backwards to my rational thinking, and yes, I have worked the front of the house and the back of the house in the restaurant biz many many moons ago. It was almost as if it was in a galaxy far far far away. I have to say the management and staff made it work for our party of 8 in less than an hour of waiting. Once seated the staff made every accommodation seamlessly. Our waiter Dakota had it on the table before anyone knew they needed it, he had great timing, knew the menu very well, and was very easy to communicate with. Dakota is why I am giving this the fifth star. The kitchen staff did an excellent job with a very busy restaurant, the plating of everything that I could see was picture perfect with everyone at the table doing the OMG as each plate was set down without a question of who gets what when other staff members help run plates to a table. One of the things I love seeing at any sit-down family restaurant is as people at the table finish or hit that all to often stopping point, the finished plate is picked up not long after the person sits back from plate. The staff at this restaurant had that down, and of course, I can't say enough good things about the dessert staff and how busy they were. All in all, everyone did a fantastic job. It was nice to see a cohesive crew working together. Thank You for an amazing experience.

Went there just for a piece of their delicious cheesecakes for takeout. The ambience in the dining room was peaceful and elegant. The restrooms were clean and the trough-sink was efficient to use.

Our family enjoyed our dinner here. Our kids loved everything that was ordered and we came early for dinner so we got seated right away. Pretty busy for a Monday but everything ordered was good.

Love the cheesecake here. Wish there had a location in Idaho or Eastern Washington.

The Cheesecake factory never disappoints. Had a lovely experience at the Evrett franchise. Though the wait time was almost 40 min. The quality of food was tip notch. Service was a delight.

The food is always great here. We sat in the patio in the evening, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I felt like I was on a mini vacation. My wife and I tried new plates and didn't disappoint. Riesling Chicken and Bang Bang Chk and Shrimp. Of course we had cheese cake slice.

They were busy, but we still had great service. Food was delicious. The Korean steak with the wasabi mash was excellent. And off course the pineapple upside down cheesecake

Food is great as usual, our server was super friendly as well. I believe her name was Joy, she made our visit there pleasant and would definitely come back. The wait wasn't too bad either even though we went during dinner time about a 15-20 min wait. I had the shrimp scampi (I believe that's what it was called) it was really good and it was fairly light which is hard when getting a pasta like dish. My boyfriend got the jambalaya and you can never go wrong with that. For dessert we got the lemon raspberry I believe, it was just the right amount of sweet and sour. The prices are a little high but with the portions, I would say are worth it.

It never gets old...while it can be a little bit expensive (compared to other options in the area) the price is worth it. Food was great as well as dessert ...and service was at the same level.
This time i went for the 4 cheese pasta and it was amazing + portion was enough.
