DXL Big + Tall

I've been here twice so far and each time I'm just blown away by the staffs helpfulness And the overall vibe of just no judgement and all the different choices. You all are amazing and I love the products inside.

Alex at the Lynnwood location was so incredibly helpful and friendly - will definitely be back when shopping for clothes again next!

My new favorite clothing store - the customer service here is top-notch. After a couple of visits I feel like a regular, the crew here makes me and my husband feel super welcome every time we walk through the door. We've needed to exchange one item and it was such a simple transaction, they really do take care of their customers!
Great selection - a wide variety of stylish clothes, and always well-stocked enough that I have no problems finding my size. Five stars!

Great store, I enjoy shopping here. Every time I've come here, Kirk has been working, and he's always extremely helpful and friendly. All of the clothes are sized to fit you properly without weird proportions; it's not just "regular" sizes awkwardly scaled up like you'd see at "regular" stores. Highly recommended if you're at the larger end of the spectrum.

This store is nicely laid out and the staff is great. However I have noticed that in the past year that there is only one person working whenever I visit and on several occasions I have just left because that one person was way too busy to assist me or others. Not that person’s fault at all. I’m sure it’s just the company being cheap and thinking cutting labor at the store level is good. In reality lots of people just simply walk out like I have on a few occasions.

Called and asked about shoes. If they had size 13s & what genres. Person on the other end was very knowledgeable of available merchandise.

Drove here, opened the store doors, and was met with employees who were happy. I asked about shoes, and was shown their shoe section. One employee (without me having to ask), went to the back room and found what I was looking for (genre) in clearance. And... the shoes were a great recommendation that I bought it.

I tried on a few pairs, and bought another. This time the one on the shelf. Comfortable and affordable.

Got to browse clothes and found a vast selection of styles. What a treat to find Big & Tall clothes (and shoes) in one location. Definitely a must shop location for your Big & Tall needs.

5★ overall experience.

Needed a suite for a funeral. Couldn't find any in my size. Was able to on my day off have my size reserved. Came back on my day off. And the guy working there was amazing. Best customer service I've ever had. He knew what was in stock and what he was doing. Great at his job. He helped me find the right size, measured me and all. Seemed to be very knowledgeable about his craft. Will definatly be coming back.

Great experience. The staff was extremely helpful, patient and offered feedback on my choices. The woman that assisted me personally spent over an hour with me to make sure I had everything I needed.

Kirk was THE MAN! Was extremely helpful and attentive to not just me but all customers that came in. We actually got there early, and he even waved us in ten minutes before he was officially opened. Just a happy guy and his energy gives a great and positive outlook for the store.

All the clothing selections and options were very impressive! Nice going into the store as a big guy and knowing I'll find what I need!

The staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Going in and buying at the brick and mortar store is so much better than buying stuff online. I say that not just because you can actually try stuff on (of course) but because the staff is a buying experience so awesome.

Decent quality clothes that fit. I have always gotten great customer service here. I only give 5 stars if they they earned it. These guys have earned it the 10 times I have been there. Highly recommend if your a 2x-5x sized man. If they don't have something you want, they will order it for you and have it shipped right to your door. They have a good selection whether your looking for jeans and a shirt, casual wear, or suits.

I had a great time at the store getting everything I needed. Yet, it’s the after experience that needs some help. I’ve unsubscribed three times and I still get coupons, surveys, and asks for reviews. So, be ready for the onslaught of never ending communication if you want to shop there. The sales agents are super aggressive to obtain your contact info.

You’ve been warned!

I had a very pleasant shopping experience. This DXL store is a long way from home, so I do not come often, but I am always treated well when I do. The staff are very attentive and eager to help; they are quick with advice, very knowledgeable about all their products, and help me keep track of my purchases, they remove all the tags when I am done and even let me wear my new purchases home. I would recommend them highly to other folks like me that are not fat, but fluffy!

Finally a place for everything I wear...at sizes that fit. No more scrounging through aisles of clothes that are mostly 2 to 3 sizes too small. And the selections at DXL are outstanding. Oh, and the staff are super-friendly, and they knew my sizes before I did! To top everything off, they have a wonderful seamstress who does professional alterations. I love buying clothes here! 😍
